As a property developer/trader, I have used Keenans everytime to sell my properties through as I have found them to be consistently professional. I mainly deal with Johnathon, who is courteous and efficient. He keeps me up-to date via phone calls and emails before I have a chance to think of the next step and I never have to chase updates. We went with Keenans as we felt they were more driven to sell our property than other estate agents that valued our property. From Aaron, who valued, Laura, who took stunning pictures, right through to James who has handled our sale. They have been fantastic. They have handled all aspects of selling a property and ensured we have had to do little except leave them to it. The communication has been on it. James in particular has kept us on track. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. We have recommended to friends - who have also not only listed - but now also sold through Keenans. They are selling machines.

Selling my Fathers home, the family home, was a terrible time for me. Keenans helped to make the process less painful for me. I loved the photographs taken by the photographer, Lacie, she made my Dads home look incredible, I can also keep the lovely pictures in my memory box. Due to the pandemic the sale went through a little slower than usual, but I was kept up to date with the progression of the sale by Cree, this eased any worries that I had and to be honest I needed that extra time to say goodbye to my home.

During the viewing stages I was always kept up to date by Chloe who was a very pleasant person to speak to. She kept me up to date with viewings and feedback from the viewings. Awful company- avoid like the plague. I have had the unfortunate experience of letting and then putting my hose up for sale with Keenans. On the letting side they were constantly pestering- such and such work needs doing when it didn't. Just an excuse to send their own workmen out and charge a fortune. On the selling side - not clue. They just do not respond to messages and completely lax in attitude. I wouldn't give them one star but then I couldn't leave a review. Just terrible.
