We called to book a viewing of a property on Charters Romsey's books which had just come onto the market. We were professionally qualified over the phone and the appointment booked. A follow up reminder call on the morning of the appointment was an added bonus. We arrived at the property and was greeted (socially distanced of course ) by a smiling Paul who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the property and area and answered all our questions without any hesitation. We loved the property and booked a second viewing, this time we were greeted by Rebecca who again was marvellous, knowledgeable and gave us time to talk things through. The whole experience with Charters and their employees was fabulous and exactly how I would want someone to market my property. Highly recommended. Over a period of about 3 years I sold my property through Charters (then Charles Powell) and then subsequently purchased another property through them. Their service is excellent, extremely professional, and they are a real pleasure to deal with. Particular thanks to to Louis, Paul and Gwen. Gwen in particular helped push the sale through for the end of the stamp duty window and is exactly the person you need - very friendly and professional but works incredibly hard to keep things moving forward, no small challenge given the number of parties involved. We have been looking for a property which has land attached for our horses, however these are like gold dust. The management team should promote Grace Leamon!!. Grace thought outside of the box and started to investigate whether any of her properties were located next to any land which could be rented / purchased as a separate agreement, one came up, although it didn't work out in the end, it is this unique, determined and entrepreneurial attitude that Grace had which shows she will go far! I have been in sales management for many years and wish all my team had her out of the box thinking to generating sales. Well done Grace!

The team headed up by Stephen Thornely compiled an excellent and well presented sales brochure which displayed every aspect of our house by using professional photography . In these challenging times we were inspired by the sales team friendliness and in particular to Sarah Watkins who is a credit to her team as she followed through all communications and ensured all actions were undertaken in a timely manor. We first met Grace when we walked into Charters on a rainy day in Romsey and she gave us a warm welcome, she listened to what we were looking for, and more than that, she got a sense of who we are. She showed us houses she thought we'd love and ultimately showed us one we really loved and helped us secure it by being honest and open about the process of making an offer. This is how all estate agents should be! Fantastic communication, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We used Charters to sell out property which we attempted to sell online ourselves at first. The photos they took of our property were fantastic and shown some angles we would never of thought of.
