The office staff are also very professional and kept us informed of all developments and feedback from viewings. GoogleVery saddened that a well known estate agent can be so unprofessional and dishonest. Very poor customer relations-a little kindness and respect doesn’t cost anything but can make a huge difference in being able to trust a company. Significant staff training and education regarding probity is needed.

GoogleOur first contact with Charters was Sarah Watkins, Valuations manager. Her thoughtful manner and enthusiasm, when she visited us to give us a valuation, made us decide to ask Charters to market our house. Following that, Stephen Thornely and all his team did an excellent job, communicating with us all the time, and very soon found us a buyer. Would highly recommend Charters.

GoogleVery efficient professional service I don't think I have ever had so many viewings from any other estate agent they just kept people coming through the door until my house eventually sold, the negotiations were quick and well handled by Sarah getting me the best price possible for my property, I can't recommend Charters enough, well done to you all.

GoogleA very professional service under very difficult circumstances which has taken a year to complete no fault of Charters. The sales progresser Gwen Van Zyl worked painstakingly to complete the sale. She always kept in contact with me if there were any developments explaining my options finally coming to a good conclusion.

GoogleGreat valuation from Sarah Watkins...we received the asking price within a week and exchanged within 8 weeks. Brilliant estate agent and thoroughly recommended. Gwen from the sales progression team was first class ..she was always at the end of a phone and made the process so easy to deal with. Will never use another estate agent again.
