The team at Charters Estate agents in Romsey were outstanding during the sell of our property and the purchase of our new home. Tom, Lottie, Alex and Paul are all very friendly, professional and offered lots of helpful advice. They always kept us updated via phone and email on any new developments, such as viewings and offers. They all went above and beyond especially Tom to help make the selling of our property and the purchase of our new property run as smoothly and quickly as possible. A huge thank you to them all. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul Mason and Grace Leamon dealt with our sale. The sale went through at great speed - less than 6 weeks from going to market to completion. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and we were very pleased with them. Paul was very knowledgable about the local area and honest with us about the market and the need to ask for a realistic price to sell. So often this is not the case and properties just sit there for months. .Paul and Grace were very supportive and communicated at all stages of the sale. I found a property on Rightmove which was being marketed by Charters Estate Agents in Romsey and was immediately contacted by Andrew to arrange a viewing. Thomas and his colleague Andrew were extremely professional, with Thomas arriving ten minutes prior to the viewing despite atrocious weather in the forest. We secured the property the same day and I express my thanks to the team at Charters for being professional, attentive and courteous in our dealings with them. A special mention should go to Gwen Van Zyl, who was in charge of progressing our sale through to completion. To say the chain was a nightmare (through no fault of hers whatsoever) is an understatement; but Gwen worked tirelessly for months, when others would have thrown in the towel. She called me every day, even if just to check I was alright. It was one of those cases where anyone could have given up, but with tenacity and compassion, Gwen made sure everyone stayed on board until the end, and ultimately made this happen for us. I can't thank her and the rest of the team enough.

We have now been two weeks in our new house thanks to Charters. Before engaging with them we were looking 8 years! Our move was not straight forward and Charters were with us the whole way they never faultered. Our conveyancing took a year no fault of Charters and they worked tirelessly to help us, putting in the extra mile and some! Stephen Thornely and his team provided excellent valuation advice on our property and once instructed were immediately showing potential buyers around our house whilst concurrently preparing a very professional sales brochure which really showed our house off well.
