The team were excellent from start to finish helping with the sale of my mothers house. She had been there a long time and the team were all really caring, patient and considerate with her. They were incredibly efficient, the fee's were very fair and lower than expected, and they invaluably helped us manage a rather devious buyer through to completion. Don't think I've ever recommended an estate agent before but these guys are great.

I was on one side of a residential conveyance. Your Move's agents E.K. and G.M. were bright, wise, hard-working and dedicated throughout a long conveyance which dragged for ages. E.K. struck me as expert on the market and legal and financial procedures, while G.M. was great at liaising with and dealing with queries between vendor and purchaser, and driving the transaction forwards. But I am sure both these agents are similarly good at all areas and we just glimpse different aspects at different times. The consistent and constant hard work, positive energy and good presentation of good estate agents are under-appreciated!

Found the agent deceiving and cunning. Placed a offer for a property and the agent tried to force their in-house mortgage Brooker when I refused they said my offer is acceptable and asked me to do the survey without any formal confirmation of any kind this made no sense to me. Normal process is the seller accepts the offer and then solicitors gets involved....am I wrong? They tried to play buyers against each other to pump the price up that's the feeling I got..... beware of this branch. After several messages manger did not get back but finally pinned him down he also took me for a fool..... please be careful do not use this agent.

At the completion stage and overall, I am happy with the service that Eugene and Team provided at Your Move in Romford. Communication was really good from viewing the property to purchasing and going through the usual conveyance process. I did use their in-house mortgage broker, in reality I could have used any broker, but I think the service and advice received was excellent from the broker. - getting a quick decision from the lender. I think there is benefit and synergy having them both under one-roof, particularly, when there are delays in the conveyancing side and the ability to chase and push through.

As a first time buyer we were not sure how the whole buying process worked but with Your Move it was very quick and easy. Georgia, our agent, showed us the property three times even before the owner accepted the offer, answering our questions and messages even after working hours.
