My property was lying vacant for last three months. Then I came across Scott. He assured me good tenants within 10 days. I took Scott’s assurance with a pinch of salt. Today is the 10th day and the tenants moved in, and I have to eat my words. Due to the attentiveness and diligence of Keystone team the whole process ran like clockwork. Their documentation is excellent. Scott’s is always reachable by Whatsapp- after office hours, late in the evening and even in weekends.

It is with immense pleasure that I write this review of recommendation and recognition for Jay and Hayley at Keystones Property, Romford with whom we have maintained a professional /customer relationship over the last 3 months in our journey on purchasing our property. Helpful and efficient customer service started from the moment I enquired about a property that I saw advertised on Rightmove. Jay was able to not only take my call on the day but managed to book me in and was flexible with my timings. Jay is not your typical agent who is pushy and very time conscious because they have back-to-back bookings. Jay had great knowledge of the area and the property and was able to answer all questions and let the property sell itself. He allowed us ample of time in the property to take it in and assess for ourselves if it was right for us. After making an offer the work behind the scenes with this company started from the get-go and we were kept informed at each stage till the offer was accepted. We were then passed over to Hayley who was exceptional and quick to resolve issues and to move the process along. You always hear stories where the process is delayed due to the various parties not effectively communicating. This was not the case in my experience as Hayley orchestrated the communication with both conveyancers and the mortgage broker involved. She returns all our phone calls and emails on the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. We have found this company to be enthusiastic, caring, thoroughly competent, knowledgeable and very approachable. I was looking for a house from past two weeks & needed it to move as soon as possible. Last Tuesday Mr Adam, showed us the property and explained everything. He helped us in arranging our paperwork’s on time. Also made it easy to fill the online forms. Within a week all the paper works were done and got the keys of the house today. I must say Mr. Adam is very hard working. He was continuously in contact to make sure contracts been signed so that we move in without any delay. Keystones were amazing from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. Ross was professional and very patient with me as I took my time to decide whether or not to put my flat on the market. He took me through the process and was honest about the market value (compared to other estate agents). Ross handled all the viewings and my flat was on the market for less than 2 months. Adil was awesome and supportive during the negotiations and post offer queries including liaising with both lawyers. Keystones in Collier Row act as a team and, even during the pandemic, whoever answered the phone could keep me updated on the sale of our property. They arranged multiple viewings and we had an offer within days of the house being marketed. This first sale did not go ahead during the early stages of the Covid pandemic, but Keystones were on the ball and quickly re-advertised and, once again, a buyer was secured within days. We were kept fully informed through the whole process, and had access to our file - day or night - to see how things were progressing. I would like to thank Adil, Ross, Jay, Will, and Scott and the lovely young lady who always greeted me with a smile when I came into the office. I would throughly recommend Keystones and of course I would use them again.

I cannot recommend Keystones enough. We had various estate agents round when we decided to sell our flat and Adil came round and did not make us feel pressured at all, unlike the previous estate agents that came round and were throwing sales pitches in our faces. They have been very responsive and professional throughout, always answer the phone (which is very rare with estate agents) and genuinely made us feel at ease with the whole process. Massive thanks to Hayley who has really pushed to get our sale over the line the last few weeks and its paid off, without her hard work we would still be nowhere near exchange. Finally an estate agent with great customer service! I'd had pretty horrible experiences with estate agents prior to Keystones.
