Keystones in Romford have been fantastic from start to finish. The whole team is professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, always quick to answer questions and keep us updated at every stage. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well organised, explaining everything clearly and offering honest advice rather than just “sales talk”. Communication has been excellent and we’ve always felt looked after and supported. Thanks to them, we felt confident and in safe hands throughout. Great communication from everyone I dealt with. Helen replied to all emails straight away , helped us find new solicitors straight away when the old ones did not want to take our case on , helped us chase new solicitors every step of the way. Libby kindly showed us the house twice as we couldn’t both (me and husband) view the house at the same time . They patiently waited for the mortgage offer which took a while to come through. Would recommend 100% . We had some bad luck before with other agencies not being transparent and this was not the case at all with this agency .

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service from Keystones Colchester. I had to keep chasing them for updates, which caused unnecessary stress while preparing to leave the UK. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. If you want piece of mind please avoid them. They had to return refund which they delayed repeatedly. The check out report was delayed unnecessarily. They always side with the Landlord.

From start to finish, Keystones Property offered a top-quality service when selling our apartment in Harold Wood. Every member of the team is extremely knowledgeable and offers a superb level of customer service, always available to answer questions and provide advice on the process. Our sale was made more complex due to the buyer being based outside of the UK, but the team at Keystones helped us seamlessly navigate the process and move us from listing to completion without any delays. We interacted with several members of the team throughout the sale and were extremely impressed by their professionalism and customer first attitude. A special thanks to: - The owner of the company Scott and manager Chris who we first interacted with when listing the property. It was our first time selling a property, but they made us feel at ease by explaining the process in detail and setting our expectations. Both were always available and on hand in case they needed to step in to answer questions or expedite anything - The sales agent Sam coordinated the viewings of our property with potential buyers. He consistently ensured we were made aware well in advance of the timings of viewings and provided excellent, detailed feedback after people viewed the property. The high-quality video of the apartment that Jay, Sam and the rest of the sales team created, helped us in getting many people interested in the property and was what attracted our end buyer to view. - Finally, Gemma in Sales Progression diligently moved us from STC to completion without any issues. Many thanks to Scott, Sam, Chris, and Candice for their support at each stage of the sales process on my property. Marketing the property and finding a buyer was very rapid and I was kept updated on progress and the approach to use was discussed and agreed with me. From there right through progressing the sale, it was very useful to have their overview of the whole sales chain and I found that I was given regular updates, responded to when I had queries and importantly supported when anything needed ironing out to facilitate the process. This level of involvement took place right up to completion too. I’d certainly recommend the Keystones team to others.

Didn’t have the best experience with Keystones as it started well and it got very bad. Sam was impeccable and very helpful and he was trying his best to help selling the house the rest was a mess. It went from having a lot of offers to, buyers not being able to get a mortgage on the type of house I had and losing a lot of potential buyers and money. This information should be known to all agencies but they didn’t have a clue. I also had a cash buyer who disappear and came back after months because they got told by solicitors and agents they couldn’t buy my house when they actual could buy it and they bought it, so that delayed the process another 3 month. The whole process took 8 month when it could have been 3 month and I almost lost the house I wanted to buy because of it.

Had a really good experience with Keystones in the process of purchasing a property. Sam was very friendly, professional and helpful in showing us the house, and calmly going through every question we would have. He also went out of his schedule to show us another one of their properties that day right after our first viewing. Although I think purchasing a property in the UK is very time consuming in comparison to other countries, I can comfortably say that Keystones Property made the process very easy for me. Once the sale was confirmed, Candice made sure there would be no hold-ups on any sides of the purchase, and that all communication runs smoothly. Really appreciate her effort in the process. Thanks to both of them and the solicitor that they recommended, we will soon have a place we can call home.
