I would like to say a big thank you to all of the team at Keystones Property, in particular Candice, for their professional, and friendly approach. Candice was providing me with updates, for my case, on a weekly basis. She was very approachable and always ready to answer my questions and to reassure me that, everything would be okay. My case took quite long to complete and was quite complicated, but Candice was very professional and made it go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, especially to first-time buyers who might have a lot of questions and might feel at some points lost in what to do or expect next.

Special mention to Sam, who took me and my husband to a couple of viewings. Sam was really polite, helpful and that is not always the case. He also accommodated for me to visit with builders once I had considered offering on the property. I hope he is recognised for his work. Also further to this Candice also was helpful, timely and worked hard once we had made an offer. Again I liked that we were not pushed in any way to use in-house broker/Solicitors. She helped and stepped in where necessary and would keep me updated with any developments. Really good service from Keystones, Thank you so much!

I asked my previous neighbour of her experience selling with Keystones and she was full of praise so we arranged for a valuation. Hayden visited and I was very happy with the advice he gave me. We decided to use Keystones and am so glad we did. Special mention to Sam Pond who oversaw the 40+ viewings. You were a star! We received numerous offers and I was really impressed with the way Chris dealt with the offers, making sure there were no time wasters and ensuring we got the best deal possible. Candice introduced herself as the sales progressor and became our main point of call and I must say she is an absolute asset to the team. Liaising with our buyers, solicitors and the agents who we are then buying through. We are approx 4-5 weeks from completion and hit a bit of a blip which caused some stress and sleepless nights but thanks to Candice this was quickly sorted. Fingers crossed we get to completion. For anybody contemplating what estate agent to use I can only say that you will get a 5 star service from the whole team at Keystones.

Very disappointing experience dealing…

Very disappointing experience dealing with this letting agency during the end of my tenancy. I experienced repeated phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and viewing requests with very short notice, which caused significant stress and pressure. Communication from one particular staff member felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional at times. My elderly father, whose first language is not English, also felt uncomfortable during a recent property visit due to the manner in which he was spoken to. While I understand the landlord’s right to conduct viewings, I believe tenants should still be treated respectfully and given proper notice and reasonable communication throughout the process. I hope the company improves its professionalism and communication standards in future.
