We had a very positive experience selling our property through Keystones Collier Row. We dealt with most members of the team & everyone was professional & very helpful. We had lived in our home for 38 years & were very nervous but we felt supported throughout the process. From our initial contact with Ben, for the valuation, we felt reassured that we were in safe hands. Our viewings were booked mostly in blocks which minimised disruption for us. Viewings were managed by Chris & Sam who were great at communicating with us & informing us of the outcome. Sam even fed the cat when he had viewings & we had been out for the day! Helen our sales progressor was amazing & worked really hard chasing people & getting the exchange of contracts over the line. We thank the whole team at Keystones, they made selling our property as stress free as it could have been. We would commend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy Estate Agent.

I was recommended by my neighbour who sold their property through Keystones after being unsuccessful with other agents in the area. Keystones have by far been the best in terms of professionalism and communication and they managed to sell my property within 3 weeks! Thank you, Libby and Keystones for being helpful and prompt with the entire process of our renting. Edit: after the contract was signed, it was so difficult to contact them for updates/help with house related stuff. False advertisement. Said the property was all good, etc. But turns out this whole house is faulty and non-livable. Heating was not checked, but we were told it was all working. Windows and doors not locking. Now when we contact them to ask for any assistance, they said that they cannot do anything as their only role was to get the house rented. Unbelievable.

Cannot fault Keystones Romford at all. We received an offer within a week of marketing. Helen went above and beyond to keep us updated and chased the Solicitors when they refused to answer our telephone calls and emails. Solicitors take on too many cases and without a decent Estate Agent involved chains can fall apart or sales/purchases take far longer than necessary. I would not hesitate in recommending Keystones.

Dealt with Sam and am very happy with the experience provided by not only him, but the team in the branch as well. I've been looking for properties for sale and when dealing with Keystones Property Romford I found them easy to communicate with, professional and responsive. The enquiries I made were handled efficiently and I received email communications too. When attending a viewing it was delightful speaking with Sam who was keen and helpful. Whilst unfortunately we did not go for this exact property, I did commend Sam on his efforts and that I would gladly use the firm again or recommend it to friends and family. It took me a bit of time to honestly evaluate Keystone’s performance but in the end I concluded the Keystones performance was excellent even though the whole process from agreeing a sale to Exchange and completion took frustratingly long. Sam promised a quick sale and a decent evaluation of the reliability of the buyers and both promises came true. Follow-up and chasing all parties by Helen was excellent, she never gave up. I recommend Keystones, thanks to the whole team .

We were so lucky to find The Keystone Property. The Property Management team at Keystones are very friendly, and very responsive. We did not have many issues in our house but they were always happy to help when needed. It is extremely hard to find decent Property management teams these days. We are glad to find them!
