Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. We were clearly assured by both the sellers and the company’s sales progressor Helena, that the property would be vacant upon completion. Based on this, we proceeded with the purchase in good faith. At exchange, the sellers suddenly claimed they had lost their temporary accommodation and needed more time. After weeks of delays, we discovered through solicitors that they never had a temporary place and were simply waiting to complete on another property. This lack of transparency caused us significant stress, forced us to leave our home, and move into temporary accommodation unnecessarily. It’s hard to believe the agency was unaware of this situation. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case, and there appears to be a pattern of important information not being fully disclosed to buyers. Based on our experience and they did not act in the buyer’s best interest.
