I don't understand your review, you have not been a customer of ours, bought nor sold a house, you submit a review as a mere opinion only which is upsetting. The staff work hard here, every bad review jeopardises potential future business for us.
The market is very busy at present, most of our owners WANT open houses as it is the best way that they can achieve the highest prices for their properties, it is Oct 2021 and we have sold the most houses in the area and have the highest return on conversion rate within the area also, so as a business and as an estate agency, our strategy is working for our sellers (whose aim is to achieve the highest prices for their properties).
We have over 30-50 enquiries to view on our properties at present, if we did not do open days then we would have to do 20 minute individual viewings for every single person, bear in mind we do not charge for our viewings, it would not be cost effective and I would not have a business.
If you did like the property that you viewed, you could 'always request a 2nd viewing' of which you can do alone and have some more time in the house, however, you did not even bother to pick up the phone to request another viewing nor speak to our agent on site.
