I have been very impressed with keystones Collier Row, Romford. Hayley in particular went over and above to sell my mums apartment, we moved away before the sale so we wasn't local but she kept us informed at every stage and when there was problems she persevered and we would highly recommend her to anyone. We recently sold our Property through Keystones and we was in chain The agency just keep push to sign the contracts soon as possible they dont care that we got kids they keep calling me every day I had so much stress.Our house was really nice and we got an offer below 10k after we sold the house we so so many houses that was not really nice and more expensive. They charge a lot and I'm not satisfied about what we received at the end our house been sold through them . Afterwards I'm not recomend them.

Excellent agency to deal with! I am about to complete on a property sold through Keystones. It has been a painful and long process. However, Sam, Scott, Gemma, Troy and other members of staff all joined in to help us get our flat. Their work has been brilliant all along and communication has been outstanding. I highly recommend them and will use them in future will I ever decide to sell :)

Just exchanged on a property through keystones and it's been a rough ride with lots of ups and down with the chain. And I have to say being a first time buyer Scott has always taken care of my needs and valued me as a customer. Explained everything to me and the process and even when things were looking bad always looked out for my interests and advised me with utmost candour and professionalism. The standout out quality is their honesty and valuing customers. Something very hard to find in this day and age. After a stressful couple of months looking for a new flat I was fortunate to chance upon Keystones. I have lived there for nearly two years now and I'm very happy. All dealings with the agents from Keystones have been professional and efficient. Most importantly the agents I've spoken to, Scott and Melissa, are genuine, nice and always helpful. They speak to me without the need to rely upon hyperbole or double talk. Any issues that have occurred (a problem with a boiler, and a leak) have been dealt with in a timely fashion. I even had an issue with a water bill which Melissa assited me with which I felt went beyond what I expected from a letting agent. It was welcomed.

Very satisfied with the service from Keystones. Scott's was very thorough, professional and showed genuine empathy towards our circumstances. His valuation was fair and relevant to the current market. Realistic, not over inflated like one or two other larger name agents who seemed to be suggesting unattainable prices in order to persuade us to sign with them. Scott explained the selling process and the tools he has to market our property for maximum exposure with complete clarity and offered a very good rate of fees. I appreciate honesty and clarity, so for that reason, I would recommend Keystones and rate them as a five star company.
