DO NOT rent any houses/ rooms from the agency!!!!!!! Their service was horrible! Just moved out from my previous home and not able to get my deposit back. They charged me for cleaning fee, change of mattress and repainted the wall which I’m sure I have cleaned everything and I’m not responsible for the new mattress and the repaint as these are seen as normal wear and tear. They are the worst agency I have ever seen!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Keystones have been absolutely amazing to deal with. From viewing the property to having the offer accepted was a very smooth process. Sam helped us with getting our offer accepted very quick without have to chase or any hassle. We had some issues with the solicitors but Scott from Keystones was quick in stepping in and supporting us throughout till completion, which was very helpful. Had what turned out to be a very difficult property to sell which dragged on due to a gazundering buyer, an unresponsive freeholder and of course market uncertainty due to Brexit and Covid. All through Adil & team persisted, found a new buyer, kept pressure on both sets of solicitors, arranged inspections & house clearance as I'm living outside country. So yes, it's very easy to recommend them if you have a place to sell. Good luck.

We enlisted the help of keystones at the beginning of what would become an epic 5 month journey. We had two buyers pull out, one after a month and one on the week of exchange. And both times keystones worked incredibly quickly to get viewers back through the door and offers on the table. Both times we had resold our property within 4 days of losing our buyers. And on the third attempt we had buyers that stuck. Throughout this whole process, Scott, Ross & Jay have remained professional, approachable and optimistic. Have worked tirelessly to get viewers through the door, and when things fell apart they didn’t give up. We believe they have really earned their commission and from our point of view it really is money well spent. So from us, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We used the team at Keystones to sell our property after receiving a recommendation and they have been amazing from start to finish. Ross talked us through all the options at the start, filling us with confidence in their ability to get our property sold. Jay and Will looked after all the viewings for us and gave us notice so we could make sure we were out on walks with the dog when viewings happened. Adil handled all of the negations and went above and beyond in looking after the process after we had accepted an offer. Adil continued to manage the sale throughout lockdown, keeping in regular contact with us and all parties in the chain - without him I truly believe that this wouldn’t have happened.
