GoogleLeft work early for an viewing appointment. Waited 40mins agents didn't show up. No call, message or even email for reasons why. Terrible service. UPDATE: After leaving the review agents contacted me at 8.55am next morning, not to apologise but to accuse me of leaving a false review saying i was 12 minutes late and agent had left. Even if that was the case that i was 12mins late then would it have not been appropriate for the agent to call before leaving. My review stands, terrible customer service. FURTHER UPDATE: The appointment was booked between 7.10-7.15 as stated on the phone when booking. I arrived 7.17 due too looking for the thep and parking on a purely lit street. No working street lights outside of properties. My partner called at 7.22 after me standing outside the property for 5mins. You stated your agent left at 7.22 which was a lie as i was standing outside the property unless he borrowed Harry's invisibility cloak and went past me without knowing. I have pictures of the property with the time stamp to prove your lies. Furthermore you recorded me without my knowledge and approval therefore breaching the telecommunication Act 2000. Which further goes to prove that you are indeed a cow boy agent. I will be reporting you to the relevant authorities and i hope this review serves as a warning to those who wish to use your service in the future.

Dear Ali, We had a phone call this morning to establish the truth of the matter, you got very angry over the phone as I was only trying to understand your side of the story with reference to the correct times as your said time and my negotiators said time overlapped, so you must have seen each other or in fact been at the wrong house, I am NOT sorry for calling you to establish the truth of the matter when it relates to my company, any good business owner would do the same. Your appointment was booked for 7.10pm last night, you called into the shop at 7.25pm when it was closed, our agent was there at 6.55pm to do another appointment and you did not show up at 7.10pm for your appointment, he left the property at 7.22pm (probably just before you got there). If you are running late, out of common courtesy, why would you not call us to tell us that you are running late? Why would you call to say that an agent is not there after you are 15 minutes late, that doesn't make any sense. You said you were there at 7pm to me this morning and waited 40 minutes, this was a clear lie as you telephoned at 7.25pm to our answering service, why would you wait 25 mins to call the office to say you are outside? The one thing that we do take responsibility for is to maybe call you to see where you are, however, I am sure you can understand that our agent is working after hours at 7pm and not getting home until 8pm when his children are asleep, he was probably annoyed that you were late and did not have the courtesy to call ahead of the appointment to say that you were running late. GoogleThe team at Keystones were amazing! They sold our property in Romford within 3 days of it being on the market. We didn't have the easiest of times, with our first purchase falling through after 5 months, but due to their amazing customer service and communication - they kept our buyers engaged and in place until we found another property. They went over and above, speaking to the other agent to ensure we secured our new home and Adil and Hayley in particular were key in pushing our purchase through in just 7 weeks from viewing to Completion. GoogleKeystone Property, Romford, are a very professional, friendly, efficient estate agents. Starting with the viewing, they never stopped sending potential buyers. One particular day I had 9 viewings, and they all turned up! After selling my property they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Any issues I succumbed, they very efficiently dealt with it. The staff are always happy and nothing is ever too much for them to deal with. You seldom get service with a smile, but Keystones never stopped smiling. GoogleDO NOT rent any houses/ rooms from the agency!!!!!!! Their service was horrible! Just moved out from my previous home and not able to get my deposit back. They charged me for cleaning fee, change of mattress and repainted the wall which I’m sure I have cleaned everything and I’m not responsible for the new mattress and the repaint as these are seen as normal wear and tear.
