GoogleFantastic service from Scott and the team. We needed a rental property quickly as alternative accommodation following severe fire damage to our own home. Having never rented before and in difficult circumstances it was slightly daunting but Keystones were patient, kind and supportive and got us smoothly into a property as quickly as possible ... thank you!!

GoogleAs a first time buyer we were not sure how the whole buying process worked but with Keystone it was very quick and easy. Sam pond, our agent, showed us the property 2 times. He was very helpful always. After that Mr Scott , Hayley then Candice They all were very supportive and helped us through the whole process making it smooth, quite easy to understand and less stressful. They are doing very hard work within buyer ,seller and their solicitors( Ms Candice worked harder in the final stages ) Thank you so much to all of you, you're a great team! Definitely will recommend this agency to anyone!

GoogleVery friendly and professional staff. Honest and helpful. Took care of the whole buying process to make it a complete breeze. I would highly recommend Scott, Jay and all the other staff to look after all your property needs. If using a mortgage, I would recommend Ashley their adviser. Makes the process so much smoother.

Customers are being significantly overcharged for property maintenance, and VAT is being applied despite the business not being VAT registered. These actions raise serious questions about the integrity of the operation, and I believe potential customers should be made aware.

We were told about the quality of service at keystones and approached them to sell our parents house after they had both sadly passed. The process of going through probate was daunting for us. However once we met Libby Ryan we were immediately put at ease and knew we were in great hands. I cant believe the professionalism and the knowledge this young lady has, she put us at ease from the outset, and is a credit to the company.
