Google“The worst experience ever, do not recommend this service! I was fully prepared to buy the property, going through all the stress and paperwork required. Then, unexpectedly, the seller decided not to go through with the sale, which I understood. However, the agency never followed up with me, nor did they make any effort to show me other properties as promised over the phone. Completely unreliable service, zero stars!”

However, we cannot make a seller sell a house to you and if we have no other properties to show you, then we can't/don't want to show you something that will waste your time. Happy if you want to arrange a meeting with the owner of Keystones and go through exactly what happened so we can change this into a 5 star or get this taken down. GoogleExcellent agency to deal with! I am about to complete on a property sold through Keystones. It has been a painful and long process. However, Sam, Scott, Gemma, Troy and other members of staff all joined in to help us get our flat. Their work has been brilliant all along and communication has been outstanding. They’re professional, honest and always on hand for free advice when I need it such as the headache with the Landlord License scheme. GoogleThis is our second time using Keystones Property to market and sell our property. In our current situation we switched to Keystones after having our property listed through another agent for several months without any success. The ability of the Keystones staff to get serious buyers through the door in the current challenging economic climate is astounding really, when this was clearly a struggle for our previous agents. The approach Keystones take is I believe unique in the industry where they make quite fun short videos showcasing all the rooms in your property and then post these on various social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. This is done prior to the property going live on online property portals such as Rightmove. All staff I have dealt with at Keystones have been a pleasure to work with including manager Chris who did the initial valuation as well as giving us regular updates on the phone when needed. Sam and Libby have also been brilliant and have done all our viewings between them and really helped in promoting our property to potential buyers when they came to see it. Libby has also been great with her regular communication and updates over WhatsApp with prompt replies to my queries and has always been willing to go the extra mile and this has been greatly appreciated. Our sales process is still ongoing and will post a further update once this completes but overall would wholeheartedly recommend Keystones Property to anyone looking to sell their property and their service is head and shoulders above most other big players in the industry.
