The letting is fully managed which means although I am kept fully informed of what is going on with the property I do not have to do anything. Being a first time buyer searching for almost 2 years, I have dealt with a lot of estate agents. Heart was by far the best for responsiveness, professionalism, values and genuine kindness! Because my solicitors were a nightmare in communication, I became very stressed and it seemed like the sale was going to fall through. I am now in the process of completion which wouldn't have happened if it was not for Haart's determination and persistence to get through to the solicitors. They went the extra mile which wasn't even part of their job! If you get to deal with Haart because you're buying a property listed by them, consider yourself in perfect hands. If you're considering listing your property for sale, I couldn't recommend Haart enough. Thank you Haart Romford for being a complete pleasure, especially Annette and Stephanie!

The team at Haart are absolutely fantastic and what a modern estate agent should be. Mark Grogan is brilliantly knowledgeable, a superb photographer, knowing how to best photograph a property to show off its glory. Haart go the extra mile, not just relying on Rightmove. Highly recommended. UPDATE: not only have Haart been great getting a quick sale, they went out of the way to help fix an error that, but for their quick action, could have been catastrophic for the transaction. They are responsive and open outside office hours which is a bonus. Choose Haart and you won't be disappointed :)

The team at Haart's has made the whole process of selling and buying a property as stress free as possible. We decided to use Haart Estate Agent as when Lee Glenister (no relation) came to value our house he was well presented, knew about market conditions in our area and gave us confidence that he would be able to sell our property for the price we wanted. Within a week of putting the house up for sale we had an open day with 12 viewings. Lee managed the viewings whilst we went out for the day so it was a stress free day for us. He fed back to us the offers we had received and managed all of the negotiations for us. Once we had accepted an offer then the secret gem of Haart's called Jacqui Mennell came into her own as she became our contact for the rest of the process. Jacqui is an absolute star, she is efficient and friendly and was the one who kept the sale on track. Jacqui kept us informed of all progress and contacted the solicitors and other estate agents to keep things moving. It was great to have a nominated person dealing with our sale who could also deal with any enquiries that we had. During this whole process we have only ever dealt with two people - Lee and Jacqui- this definitely makes for a more stress free process as we were made to feel that we were in safe hands. Thank you for the excellent job you have done for us.

Chose Haart to sell my flat in Romford and accepted an offer after just a weekend of it being on the market. Mark was very helpful throughout the whole valuation and marketing process, making every step very clear, resulting in the lightning fast offer and acceptance. Unfortunately my sale subsequently took much longer than expected due to getting bogged down in legal requirements between solicitors. However Stephanie was an absolute saint throughout the entire process, regularly keeping me up to date with what was happening on my buyer's side, chasing solicitors, firing off e mails and generally keeping everyone calm and optimistic that the sale would eventually happen. When Stephanie was away Annette covered for her, performing the same tasks with the same unswerving dedication. Eventually the sale completed, in no small part due to the dedication and tenacity of the Romford Haart team. I would highly recommend anyone selling their property in the Romford area to use Haart.

From the minute I met the Haart team, they have been so friendly and welcoming. Lee was fantastic for talking me through bits to work on with the house, as well as helping me get the best offers for my home. During the Christmas holidays, when I had a question, the team were readily available and nothing was too much trouble. I then met Jacqui, who was absolutely brilliant and so easy to chat too, giving me useful advice on the house as well as keeping me updated through the process. The Haart team ensured that the sale of my house went through smoothly and kept in contact and were fantastically friendly, organised and efficient. Chose Haart to sell my mothers bungalow as Mark was so friendly and enthusiastic.
