Recently rented my property through Haart. Mr.Alex provided valuable advice on how to improve the property so it would be appealing to the tenants, can’t thank him enough for that . Ms. Emily was incredible in communicating with the tenant. She was very prompt and supportive in resolving any queries , much appreciated. Both Mr.Alex and Ms.Emily were helpful and professional and made sure the letting process was completed smoothly. The property is now being managed by Mr. Scott. Though still in early stages, my interaction with Mr.Scott has made me believe that my property is in very capable hands. Mr. Scott is very prompt and professional in responding to queries. Overall my Experience with Haart was positive and friendly , thanks to their friendly efficient staff!

I would like to thanks Keeley Fisher, she is one the best person I have ever talked with. I was so upset about some issues, which I am having at the property and some of her other colleagues were not helpful at all. She assured me that not only she is going to take this matter in her own hand but also will resolve this situation as soon as she can. And within an hour I have received an call and email that she have sorted out my main problem at the property and she is going to see the other one as well as she is already in process of finding out of the solution. Months back, I would have rated them lesser, but my experience went from not so good to great with the help of Keeley Fisher. I had issue with my radiator that has lingered for months, Keeley picked up the case and it was resolved in a short space. I have let my properties thought Haart Romford for nearly 10 years and have never had a bad experience. My reason for this reveiw is that I have recently been blown away by the help and customer service by the property manager Marie Hawkins, one of my tenants had an issue with the heating, there were issues finding a plumber to come out in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Marie went out of her way and way beyond her call of duty to resolve my Tenants issue. I am extremely appreciative for Marie's help and only wish that my experiences with property mangers for other companies I deal with were even a faction as good as the Haart Romford team and especially Marie.

From Mark coming to see us initially to the Kobe & Denzel who hosted the viewings, they were all excellent. We recently sold our property through Haart and would recommend working with them. Mark was our first point of contact and he got our property on the market quickly and efficiently. Jason and Denzel were polite and helpful when arranging the viewings. Stephanie was then responsible for progressing our sale and she did an excellent job of communicating with other agents and solicitors in the chain, pushing things forward and phoning us with regular updates. She was friendly and direct, giving us lots of helpful advice throughout the process. Our first buyer pulled out after a number of weeks and the team were able to find us a new buyer within a few days. Haart have both managed my rental property and then sold it for me. As a landlord the team were always swift to help and proactive in providing any documentation I required (such as the Annual Income and Expenditure summary for my tax self-assessment or the documentation for ending a tenancy when I wished to sell the property). My wife also used them for managing her property (after a negative experience of doing it own her own) and it ran with no problems once Haart took over management of her flat. When deciding to sell, Mark Grogan were able to find a buy to let purchaser for my wife's flat which made the process of selling hers much more straight forward. With the sale of mine, Mark was able to find a buyer almost immediately due to their knowledge of potential buyers in the local area. The estate agent team (especially the amazing Stephanie!) managed the process of the sale proactively especially when solicitors were dragging their feet. At one point the buyer was looking to delay to finalise a purchase of another property first, which would have meant the sale drifting beyond the deadline for me to claim back a substantial amount of Stamp Duty, but Stephanie leapt into action working between myself, the buyer, and both sets of solicitors - within 6 hours she had negotiated this complex issue to the happiness of all parties and the sale went through on the originally scheduled completion date allowing me to make my Stamp Duty claim - thank you!
