We’ve had the pleasure of working with Haart Romford twice over the past five years. We bought our first home with them and have recently sold our house through them too, completing just last week. Mark was fantastic. From the moment he walked through the door to carry out the valuation, he was polite, friendly, and informative. He found a buyer quickly and went out of his way to support us with any queries we had along the way. We then worked with Annette once the house was sold subject to contract. She kept us in the loop at every stage, which we’re so grateful for. Stephanie was also an absolute dream to work with. She went above and beyond to support the progression of our sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her to chase. She was quick to respond to emails and calls, always knew exactly what was happening with the chain, and I truly believe she was a key reason we completed when we did. Haart Romford have been amazing, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Hopefully we won’t be moving again any time soon, but if we do, it goes without saying we’ll be picking up the phone to Haart. We had a really positive experience with Haart Estate Agents at the Romford Branch. Kobe, in particular, was incredibly supportive throughout our journey. He arranged several property viewings for us and was always responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. After viewing a property we really liked, Kobe guided us through the offer process. Following some back-and-forth and bidding, our offer was successfully accepted, which we were thrilled about. We are now in the process of completing our conveyancing. Kobe was always quick to answer our questions and kept us informed every step of the way, which made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. I can whole heartedly say this as we used other Estate Agents in the area, Kobe stood out for his easy going nature and positive energy. Haarts agents are on-point and quick to respond to queries and progress your purchase or sale. An estate agent firm is only as good as their human touch. With Haarts Romford, one agent really stands out; Kobe is super-efficient! He was quick to arrange a viewing for us. Stayed in touch, sometimes during out-of-office hours. When we saw what we liked, Kobe took our offer and ran with it. He kept going between us & the vendor until we reached an agreeable point. Kobe has a grace about him and his approach. Haart Romford are brilliant estate agents, I would hugely recommend them to anyone local. Firstly, Mark was fantastic at pricing our property, giving us clear facts about the market to ensure we got it right. He also doubled as an amazing photographer. We then received excellent, round-the-clock viewing support from Denzel, who arranged loads of viewings straight away and always kept us updated throughout the process, going above and beyond. Finally, Stephanie was absolutely amazing at bringing everything together at the end before the exchange. She is such a lovely calm and reassuring person, who always ensured the process makes sense to me. A huge thanks also goes to Annette for all her support along the way. Mark is the definition of being the upmost professional, flexible, clear communication and provided full transparency of the selling process that ensured myself and my wife understood all steps. As a landlord with 2 properties being managed by Haart, I get to work with their property managers every now and again. There was an issue that needed resolving with one of the flats. I spoke to Millie Fisher(one of the property managers) about it. First thing that struck me was how polite and friendly she was yet very professional. She knew exactly what to do and communicated clearly over the phone, which reassured me and gave me great confidence. Millie was really proactive and got it resolved withing 30minutes. I've had dealings with many property managers over the years and I must say Millie is definitely great at what she does.

I’m Jack has failed to return calls multiple times. I’ve had severe mold in the house for 20 months, the mold was there from before I moved in. Despite knowing I have a one year old son they have taken over 20 months to approve mold repair works. There is a real lack of care for tenant's, as long as they get their rent they don’t care what conditions you are living in. The mold repair works only got approved when I got the council involved. PLEASE stay far away from them. Marie has out rightly lied to me multiple times.STAY AWAY FROM them. It is now the 07/11/24, I just spoke to Marie who has made up a whole conversation between the landlord and Jack. Jack has lied to me a total of 5 times on the 6/11/24. Again these property managers are the furthest thing from professional. If you are unlucky enough to get either Jack or Marie as your property managers, rest assured you will still be begging for your issues to be resolved after 20 months of asking. Marie will also patronise you when you are simply looking for answers. If I could give zero stars I would

*** DO NOT GO TO ENTERTAIN OR ENGAGE WITH HAART *** I had the worst experience with haart. Their managing agents are incompetent. I dealt with Millie throughout my tenancy. She always sided with the landlord (of course because la dlord was paying them to manage the property). None of my needs as a tenant was met. The landlord was a complete nightmare and you'd think the managing agents would help in such cases but no. Even when it came to me finding a new place the managing agent MILLIE of haart was asked to give me a reference and her reference was awful which completely jeopardised my chances of securing a new property. As a single mum who was threatened with homelessness not a care in the world from the managing agents what so ever. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to Haart. They are also always unavailable for phone calls. Never do they answer it always goes to their switchboard. Personally the managing agents of haart need further training. Thanks for nothing Haart. You tried to ruin my life! No compassion No empathy Cold hearted agents. Nothing more to say.
