3 years later and I’m still renting from this agency. Why? Because they are always there when you need them. I had a leaking pipe in the bathroom yesterday(not a property problem but more of a building issue), Keeley, made sure that the issue was resolved by the end of the day and not just that! She called me before she finished her shift and first thing in the morning when she started her shift as the job took a little longer than expected, to make sure that everything is ok. I really appreciated the fact that it was not just about the issue, she wanted to make sure that I WAS OK! with the contractors working past the working hours.Most property managers only care about the property, but not Keeley! She is amazing when it comes to the tenants also. All in all, great service, fast and great contractors.🥰Thank you Keeley

Haart has been brilliant and absolutely superb in the tenancy process. As we were new landlords, she went through the process with us and explained and clarified all our queries giving us the confidence to go ahead with the process. In addition, what I appreciated most was her personal touch by coming and visiting us and going through the process very early of our discussions on tenancy. During the client search she also understood our requirements very well and managed to get us the perfect tenants. She gave us all necessary information and documents explaining the process. She also had the patience to clarify any queries we would have. This was a great start of the tenancy and hence made the transition smooth and efficient. She really is superb, professional, and provides clarity. Having her during the start to the end of the whole process made it easy for us and we would highly recommend her. In summary she has been excellent and very helpful, and we are glad we had her during the process. In addition my service on an ongoing basis has been absolutely brilliant. I needed an agent to manage the letting of my property, and wanted one that was local with high street presence. Alex, from Haart, initially came to view the property to discuss all of my options. All of my questions were answered instantly and in detail which gave me confidence that my property would be in good hands. I went for the fully managed option to give me extra peace of mind. The property is managed by Scott Jones, who has been fantastic. I had a few issues with the property and the Tennant, but every time, Scott has been one step ahead in the resolution and has kept me informed throughout. Needless to say, I will be continuing to let my property through Haart after the current tenancy comes to an end in a few months time.
