I recently purchased a house through Delaneys Hornchurch and could not recommend the staff any more. The Sales Progression lady Donna is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable person i have come across. She ensured the whole process from the bottom of the chain to the top of the chain was kept informed which is very important and made the her clients and my self feel they was in completely safe hands. Donna is a very approachable person who will go above and beyond to try and do the best she can. All i can say is a big thank you to her and if i should ever need to use the sales progression service again i would ask directly for her.

Transparent, impartial and prompt.

With any property purchase there’s always going to be a lot to coordinate and numerous questions that go through your head as you work out if the house you put an offer on is right for you. Speaking as a buyer to let, Delaney’s service has been great. They’d helped me through the process with advice and remained impartial; I think the latter is the most important when working with an agent. Furthermore they’re not pushy which is also important when making one of the biggest purchases in your life. As a firm managing my lettings again they have been great. The lettings team are always courteous and friendly and if there are problems they are on it very quickly. From a trust perspective I definitely recommend the team at Delaney’s

Lee from Delaneys came to value my house on Wednesday,12th May, 2021. On Thursday he rang me to say he had clients who had sold their house, with no chain and would like to view my house on Saturday. They offered the asking price, subject to a second viewing, with their son, on Monday 17th. They confirmed their offer that evening and I accepted it on the following morning. The details never made it onto the internet!I hadn’t even found a place to move to and after 32 years in my home, I needed to downsize and knew it wasn’t going to be easy to find somewhere suitable.Most of the places I found on right-move had been up for sale for ages and needed too much work to make a move worthwhile.However on 24th a property came onto the market, which looked like a strong contender and I went to view it that evening. I was the 7th viewer that day and there was one more after me! I really liked it and took my daughter back for a second viewing on the Friday. She gave it the thumbs up and I made an offer on Saturday which was accepted on Sunday. The owners were emigrating so no chain that end either.Everything kicked into action and the wonderful staff at Delaneys came into their own and supported me every step of the way. It had been a long time since I had moved house and I had never done it on my own before, I think I would have given up and stayed put if Delaneys hadn’t been there to help with the paperwork and process. If I had to go into their office they always welcomed me with a cuppa and tons of patience, biscuits too!On the 12th August I moved in and all the stress has gone, I’m pleased to say. I loved it straight away and am really happy with my cute new home.I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do, Lee at Delaneys will be the only person I will be calling. I will be recommending him and the Delaneys team to anyone who tells me they are thinking of moving. A big thank you to them all for making a life changing experience something very special.
