The actual completion of the sale was when the team really came into their own and I genuinely believe that without the help and support of Jacqui we would not have got this over the line. Helping ourselves, the buyer and mortgage adviser maintain our sanity in the face of the most incompetent legal service that it's possible to imagine was crucial. Brilliant work.
