Delaney's are Exceptional

We were the buyers, the service that Delaney's delivered was outstanding. A SPECIAL mention to Estate agent, who having met us once, at a viewing remembered us when a property we liked came back on the market, too often estate agents send you info on homes, that don't fit your criteria, this was not the case here. Also another SPECIAL mention to progression, who went beyond and above in keeping us informed and telling us about the process. Helped us when things went wrong with solicitors, which was so far out of their remit, but they did it anyway, Buying a new home is stressful, Delaney's in Harold Wood, are exceptional at what they do, All Estate agents should take a leaf out of their book, the thoughtfulness, no nonsense attitude, and professionalism of this office is second to none.

I couldn't recommend Delaney's highly enough. Lee and the rest of the team worked incredibly hard to sell our old house and on the purchase of our new home too. They were honest and transparent, easy to get in touch with, always friendly and sympathetic and communicated with us the whole way through the process. They sold our home within four weeks, despite it being on the market with another agent for over a year and not selling. Jacqui White from Delaney's Harold wood Romford has been a real star in helping us complete before the stamp duty ended. Jacqui was always available to take my calls and she always kept me up to date with things.We were having a terrible time with our solicitors and the lack of communication was absolutely ridiculous. Jacqui was always at hand to guide and advise on the processes, not just from the buying side, but also from our selling side too. I really felt I had her in my corner. I honestly think that without her experience and help me we would not have crossed the line before the stamp duty ended. We have been using Delaney services since 2019 February, I can confirm for a fact that this is your dream agency, Michelle, Jemma and Joe were fantastic infact the whole team. We thought Hayley was the best when we met her regarding our previous move in 2019 but with the news of her leaving, I was worried that it might not be as smooth as it was previously, until we got in contact with Michelle, Joe and Jemma. Our search for property and move in 2021 was so smooth, despite our requirements they met it all and even more, this was possible because of the wonderful staffs the organization is got. If I could put 0 I would. Julian is the rudest person I have spoke with, a property he is "trying" to let is a noise annoyance and he does nothing about it! Answers the hone in a rude manner and put the phone down on me while I'm talking. I'd advise taking your business else where

I recommend Delaney's in Harold Wood wholeheartedly! We recently sold our house through Delaney's and they were extremely helpful at every step of the way. The photos and video tour created for marketing purposes were excellent and we were really impressed with the service. A special mention goes to Lee Blackburn who is extremely knowledgeable and was always positive and cheerful. Lee continually succeeded in calming my concerns throughout the process of moving and was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always prompt and the whole team were always friendly, therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Delaney's.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was booked in to view a property 1 whole week ago. I then received a call 24 hours before the viewing to claim I was doubled booked and that I could with come in on the day (how unrealistic) or change my appointment to an hour earlier. I was then asked what I intend to offer on the property (how would I really know if I've not viewed it). This was a tactic to obviously put me off the viewing. Then this morning 12th December, I received 2 missed calls but no voicemail. On returning, I was asked if I will be attending the viewing this evening. Then less than an hour prior to the appointment, I receive an email and a call to cancel my viewing. The reasoning is an offer has just been accepted. Why would an offer be accepted when there are still viewing booked? Very dodgy on my watch. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a who you know transaction.

Excellent service. Their valuation came in higher than other estate agents. A friend told meto take no notice of an estate agent promising they can get considerably more for your house than other estate agents can. A few weeks later, they had a buyer ready for me at the price they had promised. Well worth the money just for that alone. Ive also had a night mare chain. Donna has been pushing for me non stop to keep things moving. Constant updates which massively helped. I cant reccomend them more.

Where do I start. I'll start from the beginning. We saw the property made the offer , the offer was accepted without delay everything was transparent . The sale was delayed due to mitigating circumstances however David and the team were thoroughly professional and updated me regularly on the progress of the sale. David and the team were always available to take my calls and were transparent throughout the sale of the property. I would highly recommend Delaney's.
