Initial impressions were good, efficient and professional service with our property being under offer very quickly. Job done. Or so I thought. In so many walks of life there is good service and there is bad. Our buyer's solicitor turned out to be one of the most unhelpful, slow moving and inconsiderate people that I have encountered. I honestly believe that the only reason the sale actually completed and all parties remained united in getting this oaf to complete the legal work was down to what Delaney's call "Sales progression" For us, that meant the wonderful Jacqui being the star of the show. Calm, persuasive, knowledgeable and being able to bring a ray of light to the darkest moments. This was where the really hard work was done. Thank you. Would thoroughly recommend Delaney's

She was absolutely brilliant I had an awful experience with the reference agency (let alliance) but Michelle helped me through the whole process and was very supportive keeping me updated and contacting the reference company to help push my application through. Going though a sell with some emotion after a bereavement and cannot express more highly that this estate agent has been professional and supportive as well as proactive and informative. Unfortunately through two bereavements within 24 hours we are using the services of a variety of agents and I can say the difference is incredible. All staff at Delaney’s that we have engaged with have been on the ball and dedicated, guiding us through and really making us feel informed and supported. Delaneys where can I start? The amount of support and guidance that Nichola gave us was invaluable! She was always with us throughout the process always available to help in any way she could and if not for her we probably wouldn’t have got everything done in time to be in our new home. Along with all of this she even arranged a new home hamper for me and my wife which we adored! Nichola will always be remembered by me and my wife and we cannot thank her enough for everything that she’s done for us!

Upon looking at properties to rent John and Lee were our initial contacts in our moving process and they were extremely helpful to get the ball rolling and securing the property as smooth as possible making sure all the questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We were then connected with the letting's team (Jo and Michelle) who helped us through all of our documentation and moving in logistics. There really are no words to describe how amazing and supportive Jo and Michelle have been right from the beginning and continuously through out tenancy so far. They are always on hand and willing to help with any issues or questions. We have no worries about anything to do with our tenancy as we always feel like we are in great hands. We have worked with several letting agencies varying from companies in The Midlands to Central London and now Harold wood and we can truly say they are the best letting's team we've ever worked with!! If we could provide them with a higher rating we would!
