GoogleMade an enquiry to a letting to be told I'll speak to the landlord and get back to you. A week later nothing needless to say the property is le. Didn't take the gentleman's name who took the call but came across very rude and unhelpful. In the present climate where you have hundreds of thousand of people are unemployed you sadly have a person like this employed. AVOID My customNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleDelaneys just sold my Mums house for her. Found Lee very professional and informative. We were lucky we got an offer after only a few viewings. The whole process was flawless and made easier by Donna the Sales Progression Manager. She answered my hundreds of emails during the process and put my mind at rest when I was ever worried or had endless questions. Was a very big step for my Mum having lost my Dad and having lived in her current house for 40 years. Delaneys were compassionate and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. GoogleWould recommend Delaneys as a family run local estate agent to sell your property. Honest and upfront, they let us lead the way with what we wanted to do with our property, but always there in the background when we needed them. Once our house was sold and we were passed over to Donna, we had constant communication with her and she was always on the end of the phone to answer our questions.

Delaney’s is probably one of the best Estate agents in Romford. My experience with them is nothing but fabulous. They are very professional and helpful. Their prompt actions to help out their tenants are amazing. Jo, Michelle and many others at their Harold wood Branch are superstars. Great experience with Delaneys. We started renting a 3 bedroom house through Delaneys however after 6 months the landlord decided to sell the property to the council which meant we had to be evicted out sooner, delaneys helped us during these stressful period by finding us another property and the move in process was quick and simple. Highly recommend this estate agent !

GoogleWe received excellent customer service from Delaneys whilst purchasing our first home. This all came as a pleasant surprise as we technically were not their client, so it was great to be met with such warmth and transparency. We had a very stressful process however Delaneys especially the sales progression manager, Donna, was helpful and supportive along the way and felt as if we were their clients. Thanks for everything!
