Excellent, Professional Customer Service

I liaised with Donna during my property purchase. Donna was amazing and exactly the type of person you need when purchasing a property. She was always professional, approachable and if I emailed any query to Donna, I would receive a reply straight away or within 24hrs. Donna would always take time to ensure my solicitor and I had all the information we required and if we didn’t, she would ensure that we received this information. Throughout this whole process I trusted Donna to do what she said she would do, and she never disappointed me. I also liaised with Donna’s colleague Such, on a few occasions, who was also very professional and kind. I would always use the Balgores Group if I ever need to sell a property in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend this Estate agent to family or friends.

I purchased my home through Balgores properties and all the staff have been great and very supportive throughout my journey, each and every member of staff have been so helpful and polite right from the beginning till the day of move. My viewing was with Chloe who was very polite and professionally helpful, was so excited when Billy called me that my offer was through because getting a good house at a good price isn’t exactly easy. They go an extra mile and help you with advice and recommendations because it’s not just buying and selling a home it’s a big change in your life. Donna has been so helpful and updating me with the progress It was very stressful for me on the day of move but Donna was just a phone call away. A big Thank you to all team at Balgores

Mortgage Brokers - perfect

We purchased our home though Balgores, when doing this they introduced us to their Mortgage brokers, the team there was very helpful and ensure we secured the best deal, fast forward 2 years and remortage time. With the current climate the help secure a extremely good deal before the interest rate rises exploded. From the time we started that to today when the remortgage completed Claire and team have been on top of everything, chasing the law firms and confirming the whole process completed without any issue. Would recommend them to everyone.

Being in a precarious chain, Donna had her hand on the tiller at all times and liaised with all parties efficiently and effectively, ensuring that progress was made at all times. If ever people wonder why you pay an estate agent, this in my view is where you get your monies worth. Knowing that having someone deal with what I would consider as a disaster is Donna's typical Tuesday is just the reassurance I needed.

She has been absolutely incredible through the journey of buying my house.Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things one does in their life but if you have someone like Donna it helps incredibly. She truly is an asset to the team and Balgores are very lucky to have her. I know that she did everything in her power to get our house across the line. She's incredibly lovely to speak, compassionate, incredibly patient and supportive! Completed today on a house purchase and really pleased with the service received from Kellee and Donna from the Hornchurch branch. Kellee was really efficient and responsive from the outset from arranging the viewings to putting forward my offer. She was great at keeping me posted throughout the entire process and always quick to respond. This was even the case after she moved branches. Donna was also great in progressing the sale and was super responsive too. Moving house is definitely stressful and not everyone is so good at keeping all involved updated and progressing things as quickly as possible, so thanks a lot Kellee and Donna!

Forcing to see their mortgage advisor

I wanted to share my recent experience with Balgores, Dagenham . I am a prospective buyer and have personal mortgage advisor . I made an offer with valid AIP (Agreement in Principle from Bank) + source of funds, They forced me to see thier own mortgage advisor irrespective citing that it is thier norm to ask all the buyer to go through thier mortgae advisor for financial verification . I asked to send their policy document relating to this but never recieved reply . Also they confirmed that offer has been forwarded but the seller confimed that they did not inform them when i went for 2nd viewing. I have dealt with other high street Estate Agents and nobody have asked to see thier mortgage advisior if i declined to . May i suggest 1. Please dont force prospective buyers to see your mortgae advisor if they dont want to and have Valid AIP + source of funds document 2. If it is your policy make it more transparent by mentioning in the Brochure whilst advertising a property .

I recently let a property with Balgores lettings Upminster. Chris Ping visited the property early in the afternoon and was most helpful. Within a couple of hours Chris had put the house on Rightmove. By 5pm that same day Reece Woodhall was showing the property to prospective tenants and within twenty four hours from Chris initial visit to the property Reece had secured a tenant. The entire process was made very easy by Reece, a very likeable professional competent and knowledgeable young man, who kept me informed throughout every step of the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. The tenant moved into the property two weeks after it was first marketed. The service that I received was excellent.

Great service…

From the start Peter and his team were just great. Pete clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience in the industry and gave us all possible scenarios for our mortgage needs. Providing the most appropriate advice for our case. We found a property at very short notice and needed Pete to secure a mortgage in principle quite quickly but he managed to do this with ease. When this expired due to how long the process was taking Pete quickly extended this for us. I built a really good relationship with him along the way too. And would seek advice for other financial matters. Pete even helped to secure our buildings insurance. Nothing was too much hassle. Claire was also great in assisting with ensuring everything was moving along smoothly and would follow up with solicitors as required. Thank you so much for all your help to secure our dream property.

Today we exchanged on our property using Balgores Hornchurch, 2 months after accepting offer!! Sale was slow at start but Billy at Balgores was persistent, continued to change things up and drive up interest, very knowledgeable of local market and also ensured only genuine buyers was shown round. Thank you to Jay and Team,In a period of absolute chaos for buyers, Jay has been absolutely brilliant. Buying is a stressful process as it is, especially when you have 101 other buyers making ridiculous offers, when it starts to feel impossible, Jay stepped in and really helped. There was that sense of value as a buyer, which in some cases can feel some what lost in these crazy times. He's very honest and says it as it is. This is great because you know you can rely and trust what he's saying. What's great more than anything is his availability, If I've ever had any questions he's always quick to respond and question is always answered and resolved promptly. I am not the kind of person who writes review but had to do this one for Jay @ Hornchurch and Donna. They both have been amazing. Jay was always there to help and this house purchase would have fallen through without the help of Donna. She is an excellent progress chaser. She kept me informed all throughout the process and went the extra mile to get things done. I have used other high street agent and no comes even close to the service provided by Both Jay and Donna. They are both doing an excellent job and if I was to ever look for an agent I will only be using Balgores Hornchurch.

A massive thank you to Chris Wilkinson who is the area manager for Balgores Mortgages. I was a bit sceptical of using Balgores in house broker service, but I am so glad I listened to them. Chris has been absolutely amazing from start to finish; incredibly professional, clearly knows what he's doing and talking about! He was very calm, approachable,accecable and reassuring. He was incredibly transparent about everything. Ticked all the boxes you'd want in a broker. He was also able to get me considerably more on my mortgage!The whole process felt swift and stress free. Thank you Chris and your team, cannot recommend enough (if you work for Police or NHS - no brainer, Chris really understands the payslip structure).
