GoogleVery friendly and professional staff, particularly Nikola who has been extremely pleasant to deal with. When enquiring about properties, she always responded promptly and went above and beyond to help me assess my options and answer any questions I had. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

From asking for valuation on my house through to completion, all the staff at Balgores were so helpful & looked after me every step of the way. It was a long & complicated journey but I’d just pop in & get any issue sorted out there & then. As a technophobe they would always help me with emails, copies & scanning things straightaway. It felt like sitting there & having a chat with friends while they had my back & sorted anything out. Highly recommend, thank you all guys!

I was really impressed with Balgores - they managed a sale and purchase for me. They were tenacious, engaging and went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. I had several buyers drop out and they managed to get new ones within a week allowing me to keep the house I was purchasing through them as well. My sale and purchase took 10 months! but they did not give up and did everything they could to help secure my new home. My agent Sean was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and would message in the evenings and weekend as soon as he had an update so I felt constantly in the loop with what was going on and supported through what was a very stressful process! I would highly recommend Balgores Romford.

Rohima Miah was superb in sorting out my paperwork for the lender. I would recommend Balgores for first-time Buyers, experienced Buyers and people looking to remortgage. Buying a property is very highly likely to be very smooth specially for the first time buyers. And even all the property agencies are not the same in terms of dealing with individuals. Balgores Dagenham is definitely a recommended agency to work with. Had few delaying issues but it overall went well. The whole team was helpful but Mr Femi will be the top of the rank in terms of dealing our case. Appreciate team Balgores Dagenham!

A Highly Disappointing Experience with Balgores Romford Estate Agents I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from Balgores Romford. Despite their grandiose claims of being able to sell my property within two weeks, my experience has been a frustrating and costly ordeal that I would not wish on anyone. After enduring 40 viewings and reducing the property price three times, the agents failed to deliver on their promises. Instead of taking responsibility, I was shockingly advised to find another agent. To add insult to injury, they ultimately admitted that they could not sell the property and suggested it be removed from the market altogether, a direct contradiction of their earlier bragging and assurances. To compound matters, I was charged £1,100 for searches and conveyancing fees, which were never even provided. This feels not only like a breach of trust but also outright exploitation, especially given the lack of results and the dismissive attitude I encountered. The entire process was riddled with miscommunication and false promises. Balgores Romford has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care throughout. I strongly urge potential clients to avoid Balgores Romford at all costs. If you feel compelled to use them, ensure you conduct extensive due diligence beforehand to avoid being misled as I was. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and out of pocket, with no results to show for my time, effort, or financial investment. Balgores Romford’s service has been nothing short of disgraceful.

GoogleI originally contacted Balgores for just a valuation but was impressed by their prompt responses and follow up. When I decided to sell, it was an easy decision to use Balgores and since then, Ross has been nothing but helpful. I have received regular updates each step of the way and everything has been arranged and completed promptly.

We really can’t praise highly enough how professional and diligent Deepuk and his team have been in dealing with the sale of our property in Hornchurch.We live in Australia and this brings a unique set of circumstances with time difference. This didn’t ever become a problem as Deepuk always managed to email or call with updates. On occasion that we called the office we found the team to be very helpful and this would often be followed up with contact from Deepuk himself.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deepuk and his team to anyone looking to sell.Very happy with the service and outcome

GoogleUnfortunately I have to give Balgores one star which is far too generous. My car was in the garage for 7 weeks for a small dent and scrape on the right wing. That is just the beginning. My car was picked up and it was working perfectly. 7 weeks later it was dropped off with no Petrol and the battery was flat. I was informed by the estimator who I could not understand that the car had an electrical problem which caused the battery to be flat and also the sat nav, CD etc not to work. Absolute nonsense. I will be getting a solicitor to look into this and carry out the necessary procedures. I am now left with a car that does not work.

The team worked hard to sell the property. They kept informed me of the housing market in the locale as the property I was selling was several hundreds of miles from me. Their opinions were honest and I felt reassured that my property and myself were in safe hands. There was respect on both sides throughout and communication could not have been clearer. He told us he would sell our house and he was true to his word. Billy and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and so very helpful. So -- I don't like estate agents generally. This is based on historic bad experiences over the years. I have little trust and zero confidence. To this end, I sold my property using Purple Bricks, as I wanted to be more in control and I wanted greater oversight of what was happening myself. I had no choice however, in using estate agents to find a property to purchase. This kind of filled me with a little dread and I totally was not looking forward to all the blah and bs. I however met Ricky Archer at a property that I had arranged to view and he just seemed different. He had a really nice way and came across as decent and honest. This was my first impression of him. I didn't like the house he was showing me and it was over priced (in fact it is still on the market now). I had no interest in buying it, but I really appreciated meeting an agent like Ricky. About a month later, a property came on the market that I was very interested in. I called Balgores to arrange a viewing. About half way through the call, I realised that I was speaking to Ricky, who I had met previously. He remembered me and the house that he had previously shown me around. I was really pleased when Ricky said that he would be showing me the new property himself.He showed me around the new property and again was professional, charming, funny and honest. He said that as soon as it came on the market, he knew it would be what I was looking for and he was right. Ricky was able to negotiate well between the seller and I, to get an price that we could both agree on. This was efficient and he kept me up to date and managed my expectations extremely well.Even though Ricky was working for the seller and not for me, he kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He gave me his mobile number and was always available for calls and texts. He proactively managed the sales process until contracts were exchanged; speaking to solicitors and other parties in the chain. We were able to achieve a really fast exchange and agree a completion date. Ricky was fantastic throughout!He has changed my view of estate agents somewhat and I would recommend him to anyone. Balgores Hornchurch seems to be a great company too, based on all my interactions with them! I will send anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Hornchurch area, directly to Ricky Archer.The only thing that I did't like was being told that I had to see the Balgores Financial Advisor and an appointment being made for me. I prefer to do my mortgage business directly with my bank and have no need to intermediaries. I already had my mortgage agreed in principle and in the end didn't attend the appointment, but it was kind of put to me, that it was compulsory to attend in order to be able to purchase the house I wanted. This isn't ethical and I hope that this is not common practice.Thank you for all your help Ricky. I hope to see you on completion day next month!
