The follow up call from Michelle was fantastic as she didn't put me under pressure to go ahead and sell and was sympathetic to my situation and very supportive, Thank you! Only little gripe was think there fees are a little high.

GoogleBooked a viewing recently with Charley Stone and was surprised that they never took any information from me, booked the viewing for a tenant to show me round (never told me this) so when I arrived I waited outside and only when I called the office to see if the agent was coming was I told that the tenant was showing me. Well the viewing was two weeks ago and o still haven’t received a call to see what I thought of the property! It’s a shame because I was interested and wanted to speak to their mortgage advisor but due to the lack of calls or interest from Bairstow Eves I have found another property with someone else!

We had a few hiccups with potential buyers pulling out, but each time this happened they were straight on top of things, arranging more viewings as soon as possible. Finally we got over the line this week - would recommend!
