⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my deepest gratitude and highest appreciation to Sam and his colleagues Jason, Jessica and Clairessa at Bairstow Eves for the exceptional kindness, patience and professionalism they showed me throughout the process of securing my new home. My circumstances were not straightforward because I was receiving assistance from the Council, and there was a period when we had to wait for the Council payment to be processed. This was an extremely worrying time for me, particularly because I was facing the possibility of homelessness. Throughout everything, Sam, Jason, Jessica and Clairessa were incredibly patient, understanding and compassionate. They communicated with me, allowed time for the Council process to be completed, and treated me with dignity and respect. They never made me feel that I was a difficult client simply because my circumstances required additional time and coordination. Their patience and support ultimately helped me reach the day when I could finally collect the keys to my new home. That moment meant more to me than I can express. I truly hope that all estate agency staff could be like Sam, Jason, Jessica and Clairessa soooo kind, patient, understanding, professional and dedicated to helping people. Their approach can make an enormous difference to someone going through a difficult and uncertain period in their life. Their aggressiveness to help their clients is absolutely amazing! Thank you for reaching out everyday via email. What I appreciated most was that they genuinely wanted to help and wanted to see their client happy. I never felt that I was simply another transaction or that their only concern was completing a deal and earning a commission. Instead, I felt that they concentrated on helping their client first and finding a way to achieve the best possible outcome. Bairstow Eves is very fortunate to have people like them. Sam, Jason, Jessica and Clairessa are truly valuable assets to the company, not only because of their professionalism and dedication, but because they understand the importance of treating every client with patience, dignity and humanity. Employees like them are a reflection of the values and reputation of the company they represent. I will always remember the kindness and consideration they showed me. They are a wonderful asset to Bairstow Eves, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism with genuine care for its clients. Thank you, Sam, Jason, Jessica and Clairessa. I am sincerely grateful to each of you and wish you all continued success, happiness and recognition for the excellent work that you do. When selling our Flat Bairstow eves was one of the estate agents that came and done a valuation, we knew as soon as Karl walked in, we knew he was the one to sell our flat him and Mo both dealt with selling our flat, it was on the market for not even an hour and we already had a viewing one week in and we had an offer our asking price the communication between my husband and Mo has been great the team were always helpful and done an amazing job thank you to the team for making it such an easy experience from start to finish we sold and bought within 5 months! Liam was truly exceptional. I met him at a home buying seminar that was focused on the area. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying and I’m so thankful I did. Lima was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. We've had a problem with the tenant and had to go through eviction, removal of the tenant's property, repainting, deep cleaning and re-carpeting of the flat. Everything was handled by Jason and new tenant found even before all the jobs have been completed. I recommend full management and insurance services. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Clairessa is really good with admin support and in the past 3 years I have also been in contact with Jessica and Freddie. A very good team with a strong leadership. In overall, excellent service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Bairstow Eves Letting Agents, and it was an experience that left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, their incompetence and lack of professionalism were evident, with countless issues that made the entire rental process extremely cumbersome. The most glaring flaw was Jason, Freddie and Jessica's abysmal communication skills. They were consistently unresponsive, failing to return calls, emails, and messages promptly. It often felt like we were chasing them for necessary information, updates, or even simple questions. This lack of communication created unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time. Unreasonable Charges: The letting agency imposed exorbitant fees and charges for their services, without any tangible value in return, leaving us feeling exploited and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency in their fee structure only added insult to injury. Overall, my experience with Bairstow Eves Letting Agents was nothing short of a nightmare. From their poor communication, and unreasonable charges, they consistently underperformed and failed to meet even the most basic standards expected from a letting agent. I strongly recommend steering clear of Bairstow Eves Letting Agents to avoid unnecessary stress, wasted time, and unfulfilled expectations. There are undoubtedly better options available in the market that prioritize professionalism, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
