GoogleVery pleased with the service received from Bairstows in Romford, especially Michelle, Chelsea and Michael. We had a few hiccups with potential buyers pulling out, but each time this happened they were straight on top of things, arranging more viewings as soon as possible. Finally we got over the line this week - would recommend!

FeefoNot quite ready to put house on market as yet but will definitely be using Bairstow Eves when the time comes. Everything has been set up to get things moving. Garry has been extremely helpful and I am confident he will see me through the overwhelming processes ahead.

GoogleI won’t give this any star at all. POOR IN COMMUNICATION, POOR IN RESPONSE. But when they want you to sign and pay, they’re faster than the speed of light. I don’t even know if the staff handling our account knows anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Does not even bother how long you wait as long as they get what they want from you. Very much disappointed on how they handled our account. Lacks common sense.

I called for an update and everything was in hand with old tenants moving, finding new tenants, referencing, to contracts being signed on Good Friday. GoogleReally helpful and were really quick at getting me viewings for some flats. And they kept me posted on updates when I chose a property to rent. Ron was really great and walked me through everything I needed and the agreement was all sorted super fast! Great friendly people would reccommend!

I used all the website you could think of and emailed numerous estate agents in regards to property viewings. Many took long to reply or didn’t at all. As soon as I emailed Bairstow Eve’s I received a call from Daniel. Daniel was attentive and took note of all my needs and wants in a property. I was booked in for a viewing the next day. I met Daniel outside the property I enquired about but wasn’t what I was looking for straight away Daniel informed me of a property he believed suited all my needs and fell within my price range. A viewing was arranged straight away and I was driven to the property by Daniel himself. As soon as I walked in I knew this was the property for me. Daniel introduced me to my Landlords who were as great as he mentioned and it seemed that everything fit. Another agency had the property on the market too and when they finally contacted me took a long time to make the necessary steps to ensure I would get the property. By the time they were in contact Daniel had already sorted my offer and fixed in a move in date. Within two weeks of viewing the property I moved in. Daniel was patient, kind and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs both in the property and financially. I was never made to feel like a burden rather a friend in need. When I’d call it seemed like the whole team worked together as they would already know who I was. Courtney who also helped handle my paper work was really nice and patient too. I had a great experience with Bairstow Eve’s and thanks to Daniel and Courtney I’ve found my home.

GoogleUnfortunate experience with these estate agents, the first guy was friendly but booked my viewing for the wrong day, then rearranged and the lady didn't show up or respond to calls / emails for an hour and a half, claimed it was a misunderstanding. Came across completely useless

GoogleI called this agency to have information about a renting flat and literally the gentleman on the phone was very rude and impatient asking me a thousand questions without having the opportunity to have information first. I will be moving with a dog so I needed to ask if the flat was pet allowed. I will be moving with my husband so normally the agency/landlord needs a total income. This gentleman was asking only about my income and when i replied saying about the total income because we are two people moving he said 'no, what your income'. Well that's to say, thousand of quick questions with out any courtesy or pleasure to talk to a potential new tenant means that they don't have time to care about their business they just need to rent the flat quickly and take the percentage from landlord not caring about anything else. This was the first impression. I just refuse to talk to him I don't normally do this but I and hang up on him. No thanks 1 minute of impolite conversation done!
