GoogleThe team at Bairstow Eves Romford have been amazing. Jess looked after my sale and was extremely helpful and nothing is ever too mich trouble and whenever there was an issue she was straight on to the relevent parties to troubleshoot and resolve it. I highly recommend using them to sell your property.

GoogleExtremely disappointed and would not recommend this office to anyone. They were very nice until we signed the contract. We suspected our future landlord was in violation of our future contract (we were right) and we asked them about it on the day of the signing. They either lied to cover it or had no idea what the state of the property they are dealing with is in. So under their supervision (and lie) we signed a violated contract and they couldn't care less. I immediately emailed and no one has bothered to even apologize, let alone explain the situation. My partner went to talk to them in person and they had no comment, didn't care at all. Do not trust them and go somewhere else, these are not people you want dealing with your property/letting arrangements. Extremely unprofessional. Edit: based on this review I kept receiving random phone calls from the manager asking me to delete or edit it. He kept bothering me every few months on my private phone for the two years we were in the flat. Completely unprofessional considering I was sharing my honest opinion. Our moving out experience was also less than perfect - it took them more than 8 months to give us our deposit back. Not to mention the fact that the initial reason for this review was the fact that the landlord hadn't cleaned the apartment (as per contract). We were assured by BE we won't have to hire professional cleaners when moving out to even things out. We left the flat spotless and were still fined a cleaning fee for the landlord who lied about cleaning in the first place. This is an office that only takes care of the landlords and will continuously screw renters over in my experience. P.s. Don't bother calling me again, I won't edit or delete this. If you want better reviews start treating your customers accordingly.

For landlords, they are super efficient which is clearly due to their experience and expertise. Besides being very good at their jobs, they are also really nice people - they will often go out of their way to ensure the client is happy. I would not use any other estate agents. Thank you!

GoogleApart from getting advertised, failed to attended, A single viewing even those during the day. Their telephones are pointless very rare to get an answer!I have yet to receive a copy of my contract got bored of asking in the end ! Even today when my exchange finally happened I got an email from Asim asking to leave review and congratulations, not even a phone call. This is the most impersonal service I have ever seen. Don’t get me wrong they introduced me to a buyer yes but they did not sell the house !

GoogleIf you are looking for a broker, ask for Dinta! This lady is amazing, she has helped us through every single stage, always picked up the phone and answered any of our queries. When you buy a house, especially for the first time, you don’t only need someone who knows the job, you also need someone that will reasure or be honest with you when necessary and this is also why I would recommand her to anyone I know. You will not be dissapointed !

GoogleDreadful experience!!!! Unprofessional and poor services!!!! After the viewing, we've been suggested to increase the money so the owner of the property can achieve the asking price. Our offer has been accepted by the owner and we've have been told by the manager that property will be taken from the market. Our mortgage broker started the process but after a few days later we have found out the property has been taken by another buyer. I had to make the number of calls and write emails to clarify what exactly happened and no one was getting back to me on time. I'm not surprised why this agency has so many bad reviews. I would never recommend them!!!
