GoogleWe have been renting with Bairstow Eves for about 4.5 years now, although it wasn't always great, since the change in the property manager, we've seen a huge different in the responses and service and support received in the last few months. Special thank you to Louise Simpson who has not only been promptly dealing with our issues but also follows up on if the maintenance has been carried out. Good work, keep it up! - Rohima & Fokrul.

GoogleI heard alot of good things about Bairstow eves, it's only when I went into the ROMFORD Branch I knew why they were really good. I was very nervous about letting my property out and didn't know what process to follow etc. I spoke to Ozlem Belinder from the branch, she was extremely helpful. She just asked me a few questions and that was it, she knew exactly what I wanted from my tenants. She really put my mind at ease. She dealt with absolutely everything. She went out of her way to help me through this process. If it wasn't for Ozlem I would have struggled. She kept me up to date about everuthing. I would definitely recommend OZLEM and her team at Romford for all their hard work.

I'd like to say a particular thank you to Jason for all his help and kindness through this stressful process. GoogleCalled the branch yesterday for a repair I needed done in my house. The branch were so nice and helpful, they transferred me to my property manager Keegan. He was very understanding and knowledgeable on the repair, he spoke to the landlord straight after getting off the phone with me and got the issue sorted the same day. Great service, very caring.

GoogleOzlem Belinder has been very helpful all the way through the process and she has kept us informed and guided us all the way. She is a great asset for Bairstow Eves Letting Romford. Bairstow Eves Letting have delivered on what they said and our flat let was agreed within a week after the appointment and we have been pleased with that. In line with our agreement. We have been pleased with Ozlem and Jasen through out the process.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through them and which didn't go through. I was one step away from the exchang and they told me that vendor would like to go with someone else. On top of it their conveyancing service also did the same, during the process they never called me unless I call them and chase and there was no response after the transaction was cancelled. This estate agency initially told me something but they didn't keep their words. They are so unprofessional, because of which I lost lot of time and money. GoogleCame across this branch last year. At the time I was getting help from Daniel, Nice guy. Had a few problems moving in but eventually got there. As I went to collect the keys, Man called Jason, Who I believe is the manager now, made one comment to my application which I let slide. When I moved in, no inventory was done. Had to figure out the house through out the year, Emailed them many times for it and nothing. Once Jason became manager, Moving out and trying to get my deposit back was just the worst. He is just so Rude and full of himself, it's disgusting. Would not recommend this branch, it's like once they make a sale then that's it
