GoogleI was referred to speak to a Mortgage advisor called Zinta at the Bairstow Eves Romford branch by Asim, and she was very helpful, honest, and genuine in her advice. No hard selling. Pure honesty. Besides Asim and James, Zinta was another one that impressed me to the extent that I may use her services for mortgage arragement, despite having already made arrangements elsewhere. These guys - Asim, James and Zinta are the best I've dealt with.

GoogleDefinitely worth writing a review and giving the guys 5 stars. From start to finish the guys are very professional, polite and very helpful. I moved into my property with ease and very smooth without any issues. Jason the manger went above and beyond to help out and made us feel very welcome in our new home. GoogleThis agency is the lowest in customer service and dealing with people!! From top to bottom, no one knows how to talk, behave or deal with people!! Not to mention that when you have an issue they keep sending you to other people in the hope problem will disappear!! Would not recommend to anyone who wants to get a house, they are slow, not professional s and overall they give you the impression they making you a favour if they take time to talk to you!! Very very bad service!! STAY AWAY!

GoogleNot even worth 1 star Really bad agency they rent to people they know, and not to people who they run credit checks on please do not use this agency to rent out your property these people are scammers and Clairessa doesn’t do her job properly or have a clue what she needs to do once the tenant stops payment they don’t care and do nothing to help landlords and leave landlords to stress out even though you have RLP they try and rip people off this is absolutely disgusting they have lost one contract of someone I know and they will for sure be loosing another one, and I will not recommend anyone to use this agency unless you would like to be scammed.
