GoogleWe got our previous and current place with Andrews. This time I was 38weeks pregnant, Eve saw to it and made sure that getting a place was seamless, thank you. And to all the staff Paul, Nathan and everyone else you are Amazing, polite, helpful, on time for appointment and there is someone always available to answer the phone. Charlotte Sack showed me three properties that I was interested in buying potentially. She was very polite and friendly. She was keen to find out about specific questions I had, and was very prompt and fast in replying. I appreciated her responsiveness, which is not common among estate agents... Andrews took over management of our property. They promised excellent service and communication and a full management service that meant I would not have to manage the property. From day 1 of tenants moving into the property, I was given wrong or incomplete information, I had to chase Andrews to do their job and when they didn't do what they were supposed to do they lied about it to cover their backs after taking 6weeks to respond to me after tenants reported problems at the property. Further to this, when I enquired why they were holding money on my account, it took the regional manager to tell me what it was for as the staff and branch manager couldn't figure it out and when I asked why this money was held for several months unnecessarily I was simply ignored. I asked to leave and move to another company and have been waiting for several weeks for the branch manager to get back to me. Another company has taken over management but I am still awaiting responses to ongoing complaints. During all this I found out that neighbours have complained about the tenants and I was not notified and I'm disappointed as it was dealt with wrong and had I been contacted the complaint would have been resolved for a better outcome for the tenant. The entire service from Andrews has been stressful and upsetting and taken up far more of my time than necessary. Communication and basic property management has been poor and the branch manager has taken responsibility and apologised but failed to reply to get a resolution.

GoogleMe and my partner (first time buyers) we’re looking for a property in east london and not having much knowledge we spoke to a lovely gentleman called Samuel Mumbuluma at Andrews estate agents he was extremely helpful with explaining everything that could be easily understood, he gave us lots of options and even took us to view a property in Romford. He was very professional & friendly and we are grateful for his efforts and we would definitely recommend him for a first time buyers!

GoogleAndrews estate agents have been fantastic to deal with, our viewing was arranged very quickly and efficiently. We were met by Paul who was friendly and had great knowledge of the property we were looking at. We were not rushed and not made to feel like ‘just another potential buyer’ . We have also been dealing with Kish, he has been very quick, efficient and friendly in dealing with enquiries, emails and calls. Restored our faith in estate agents!! Highly recommend

GoogleWe contacted Andrews when it seemed that we were having to resell our house, due to our buyers solicitor being too slow in completing their enquiries. We dealt with a very nice young man called Paul. He was polite, kind and professional. Sadly, for Paul, once we told our buyers we were reselling, their solicitor managed to complete the process and exchange took place. However, I would have no hesitation on recommending Paul to anyone who wants to sell their property.

GoogleI would like to thank by name, Ranjan and Gregory in the Property Management team, Paul, Kamilija, Sam and Kish in the New Business team as well as Nathan the Regional Manager. They have all provided me with excellent service. I have been a customer of Andrews Lettings for getting on for 15 yrs, helping me find and vet prospective tenants. Each tenant has been excellent and this is testament to the way Andrew's does things as a company. They have also gone out of their way to offer lots of good will and additional services, acting responsively and sometimes with very little notice indeed. They are diligent and deserve any landlord's business. I would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation.

GoogleTerrible estate agent. We rented via Andrews for 4 years and they were incredibly difficult to work with. Long delays in receiving responses to our concerns but became incredibly pushy when it came to the time for our contract renewals. The agent that handled our end of tenancy was rude, condescending and literally conspired with the landlord to over charge for our repairs (they mistakenly uploaded the agents flippant remarks about our claims to the adjudicator website when we contested the deposit). Ultimately we are incredibly disappointed with the agency and it's staff. Would not recommend as a renter as they do not have your best interests at heart.

Thanks to the brilliant efforts of Bailey and James at Andrews Letting in Bristol, I think I have found some great tenants for my flat. This is the first time I have let out my flat and I was feeling apprehensive. I have received great support from Andrews throughout the process. When Bailey showed prospective tenants around he made sure he passed over information to them that I thought was important.
