I find them to be a friendly and informative team, who handle the management of my property without issue (even during lockdown), and have recommended friends and family to use them, and they have done so trouble free.
For a nationwide letting service, you get a more personable feel that you would expect from a smaller well established locally run family business.

Having let properties for many years I can claim that Andrews is the worst agent I have ever used. Their main concern was to let my property in the shortest time possible, the tenants moved in 1 day after Andrews received the final reference, and the substantial concerns of the referencing agency were ignored. The full deposit was not collected, and the references (all failures) were not checked or the contents disclosed to me (other than "everything on them was fine”). There were fundamental failures even to verify the tenant's addresses. Andrews did meet the cost of repossession but refused to reimburse lost rent, or take any action against the “guarantor” who Andrews guaranteed would result in “no loss to you”. Andrews offered £1200 in compensation. After a review by the Property Ombudsman, all my complaints were accepted and I was awarded £8200 to cover unpaid rent and damaged furniture. I will be pleased to supply a copy of the Ombudsman’s report to any interested landlord. Date was date of actual experience.

Andrews has a sponsor with DC law, to get them clients. We bought the flat on 29/06/2022, however the process is not completed yet. They haven't finish the land registration in HM.Andrews told us the costs would be around £2000, DC law charged us £3500, trying to duplicate 2 proceedings.Even if you buy a property from Andrews, don't use DC Law for the legal proceedings, even Andrews insists you to contract them
