I am disappointed with the company’s way of handling an holding deposit . They requested we pay this amount (£346.15 ) to let a 2 bed flat after failing the reference check. We demanded for our deposit back. We were told that we couldn’t get a refund because we told them we earn more. I have requested them to send us a proof or document where we confirm our earning. Nothing was sent. All they said was for us to get a solicitor that the deposit has been handed to the landlord and they will not refund and they will not reply any more email from us.

Under the Tenant fees act 2019, if referencing fails due to an omission or incorrect details being provided by a tenant for referencing causing them to fail the application, we are legally able to retain your holding deposit. I understand it looks like you asked for further information on this and on which document you stated your total earnings, I’m sorry this information was not provided to you at the time. Friendly helpful staff at the Romford branch were good at both managing and later selling our properties. Paul the manager, and especially Kish, worked hard to find tenants, manage the properties and when we decided to sell, kish found buyers for us and followeed the whole process through to completion. We had 30m years of great support from the whole team.

I arrived early at the property when another customer was still there. The situation could have been difficult but Shamiya handled it well and the first person left, and I was able to view, without there being a problem for either party.The viewing was very efficient and professional and I hope to be able to rent the property.

Wanted to view a property, but Andrews won't allow us to view unless we provide our full financial proof of funds before the viewing. As no other estate agent is even asking for this, let alone insisting on it, we refused and therefore will not be viewing the property. The property has been on for months, so you'd think they would jump at the chance to get prospective buyers through the door, but not Andrews. How is this in the best interests of their clients?!?!? Crazy policy, and will result in them selling less houses. I'm told this policy is because they don't have enough staff to cope with the number of viewing!! Clearly Andrews is unfit for purpose.

The property manager we had was great in the person of Monika Lami. She answered our emails whenever we needed help and made sure all problems were solved and also when our run out in July she help us spoke to the landlord stay a bit longer until we found one thanks to her.

GoogleUsed this place in my search for somewhere to rent, was new to the area and the agent who helped me Paul, could not of done enough, was a genuinely nice, honest guy, with great knowledge of the area and the surrounding area, I almost felt bad that the place I decided on was not listed with him.
