I have just completed on the sale of our flat in Bristol and Emma and the team at Andrews Harbourside have been excellent. All elements have worked smoothly and their communication throughout the process has been faultless. The initial valuation was realistic and this was backed up by subsequent pro-active marketing and oversight of the sale. I had a rough start with Andrews, to the point where I felt the need to switch to other companies to get the service we deserve. This was the case until Luke Timms joined! Luke has always been available and ready to sort out any issue in a timely manner. As a director, I know I am not one of the easiest stakeholders to deal with but Luke has proven to be able to put his customers interest first no matter what. I really enjoy working with Luke and I hope this partnership will continue in the foreseable future!

GoogleHighly recommend estate agent. I have used Andrews for many years after using other local agents. The service does not compare. Andrews has long term staff members so you can grow a long term relationship. Our main contact in lettings is Ranjan, the best in the business. Every query is answered within the day, she knows the market exceptionally well. Do not use any other agent in this area.

I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed. Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided.
