We have nothing but issues with the Post Office phone and broadband. Internet always keeps going off. It has been off for 7 days a couple of months ago and we were promised a refund but nope!! I've just rang them again today as Internet has gone off again and just got fobbed off.

She was able to deal with my issue almost immediately.I certainly received a very postive experience at this Post Office.

obsolete joke, why did I trust the post office for my travel insurance. They use a company called CSA who don't return e-mails, don't call back when promised, put you on hold, lie to you, fob you off. This has been going on for 6 weeks now

Post office northfield Birmingham charging for special delivery bags which are free,hand written prices on the bag,excuse was if you ask at counter they are free if you pick up off shelf it's stationary ,yet price of bag is not on reciept, and staff are always miserable
