Postman delivered my parcel to a neighbour, he couldn't be bothered to leave me a note explaining where my parcel was. It took me 5 days to actually find my parcel.. I thought leaving a card was considered a part of a postmans job.

I got an email on Thursday and another today saying they would deliver a parcel between 11.28am and 14.28pm today, I was in all day and got nothing, never even saw a postman.I am fuming, and the next delivery won't be till next Tuesday.

Rude, bitter, unhelpful staff, in particular one of the male members of staff who has zero manners and customer service is definitely not his key skill! The female staff are equally as bad. They have some serious attitude problems going on in this branch.
