I have had no mail for 7 days now, so i rang customer services and they told me there is a problem with sickness in my area and post is being delivered on a rota some rota my sister lives a mile away and has post every day

Waited in all morning for a parcel, sat in living reading. found card from p.o. stating couldnt deliver - parcel too big for letter box. annoyed and now i can not complain to post office as complaint form wont go through missing tracking no, which was not written on card.

Totally useless; third time in about 4 years ( not used during 2 years of covid) that the Euros ordered online were not available when I went to collect them! Good job we weren't travelling the following day. Same thing happened to friends. Totally inept.

Specifically about the Post Office in Bury St Edmunds, located within a branch of Smiths, access via the stairs is a health hazard. Absolutely filthy and disgusting, with discarded face masks, ground in dirt and litter, it is a disgrace in my view. Clean up your act!
