After checking on the Post Office opening hours for Bank Holiday Monday it stated 3pm at the Poole branch within WHSmiths. I arrived, only to find an officious gentleman informing me that he was closed, not just closed but ‘totally’ closed at 2.30pm. Charming attitude, thank you 😲

I went to the main post office at Kirkby-in-Ashfield today, the person who allegedly "served "me was so ridiculously bored and unhelpful and impolite made me realise that there should be an alternative . These people have jobs for life ,customers have to put up with them day in day out, why no competition?
