Customer Service very poor. I called to renew my contract and the agent sounded very rude, it seemed like I was bothering her with my question. I had to ask her to speak slowly as I couldn't catch even a word over the phone. I am actually not surprised as they always show "their best performance".

I was miss sold a travel insurance after being told the policy had covid cover but when i received the documents there was no cover i phoned to cancel the policy but i was just given the run around being passed from one agent to another i am disgusted at the treatment from them.

Whilst Royal Mail services are affected by the strike action, our branches are still open for business and our staff remain there to help customers with the many other services we are able to offer in branch. Disgraceful service, should all be closed down!! Bought my mailing labels for my eBay parcels and took them to my local post office who refused to take them as I was explained that it makes them no money and I need to get my labels printed at the post office not online via eBay.

Failed to deliver a parcel to the same address of over 30 years. Returned to me three weeks later but [although the Post Office took my money = £7.80] suddenly it is nothing to do with the Post Office but an issue between me and the Royal Mail. Impossible to contact the Royal Mail of course. Pathetic.

Post office in the petrol station at Dinnington. I called in about 12:30 today, no customers. The cashier was too busy to serve me, he said he was filling in a form for another customer who was no where to be seen. He was very curt in his response. I walked out, disgusting customer service attitude.
