My review comes from the perspective of using their International Money Service. I used it through a cashback service Topcashback however they have not paid the relevant cashback. Looking at the reviews on that website, it seems this is common. Not good at all that an organisation like this does not live up to its word when securing new business.

Management bullying, harassment, whistleblowing, finger pointing... If you are in your 'trial period' (3-months) you will not last long (unless you've worked for Royal Mail before) Hopeless top-down communication, and yet brilliant workers. Look elsewhere for work, everyone.

As with so many other reviewers around the country, this branch is also severely understaffed and has zero capability or security onsite when it comes to challenging abusive customers - which I had to do myself during a recent visit. I dread having to go there - and despite these abysmal ratings, nothing changes. Is anyone from the PO aware?

Whilst Royal Mail services are affected by the strike action, our branches are still open for business and our staff remain there to help customers with any queries and with the many other services we are able to offer in branch. I'd also like to let you know that we are partnered with a variety of other delivery couriers, not just Royal Mail, so our customers have other options. I have been trying to close an online savings account. Website has not allowed me to do this for over 2 weeks. Called them multiple times. Phone waiting times are lengthy...because of the Covid pandemic. When I got through they couldn't help. They said their systems were down, and suggested I call back in an hour.Awful, frustrating, time wasting.

These guys often deal with very important and sensitive stuff but very careless. We went for biometric in Canning Town Post Office and there was a big queue because no one was taking biometric. We waited half an hour and a dude suddenly started rushing everything. What a piece of s***. Guy started throwing stuff around and seemingly angry to his job.

Brilliant Service at Yeovil Post Office this morning. I went to get a replacement passport. Was imagining it would take quite a time. The service was impeccable. The member of staff couldn't be more helpful. Putting me at my ease and sorting out the new passport quickly. This high standard of service made my day. Thank you :-)
