Worst company to apply for a loan. Apparently, they’re broker and and the money will be lend by Bank of Ireland. I’ve credit score 996 and never missed any payment. Their customer service lady is telling me to check my report even though I’m the paid member of Experian. They’ve put the hard search on my file too even after I applied through the Experian.

The person at the counter was professional, friendly and cheerful. His name is Tyler. Normally I avoid the Thame PO (Oxfordshire) because the usual person (strange haircut) is mechanically slow, almost totally uncommunicative and creates long queues. Thank you for the service!

Horrendous experience with their travel insurance, I submitted my claim the beginning of December with no response despite chasing. I contacted Post office customer service who have said that they won't help because they've outsourced claims to a 3rd party. They just keep sending me the contact info for the company that isn't responding when I contact them. Complete rip off

GoogleNot happy my dad urgently needs antibiotics & the prescription was sent here by a Dr as its supposed to be open to 2pm but it was closed at 1pm! Not helpful at all. Luckily it was my boyfriend who made the trip not my poor mum. Mind you, now she has all fun of trying to get another prescription from a local Dr via 1111.

Adding a Power of Attorney onto my Mums PO Bank account should be easy, but sadly it isn’t. Branch staff don’t know the relevant forms neither do staff when you ring the helpline. You message customer support (One email address for all services) who say they will forward to PO Money, but PO Money don’t reply! You go round in circles and no one helps!

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up with them. Their broadband is awful. I left BT to save £10 per month. Since then the internet keeps dropping. I was told they don't guarantee wireless that I should use a cable. It's 2021. They have sold the business to Shell Enegy - who have bought the worst internet service on the planet.

Avoid using drop and go, I transfered money into my account today to do some post and it got stuck, had to pay a second time at the post office. No way of talking to anyone about the missing money so will just have to wait 7 working days until my bank releases it back into my account. Nightmare
