I used the Click and Drop service of Royal Mail for an item I had left behind on holiday. The postman collected my item from the holiday company which was then delivered to me 2 days later. This was the most reasonable way of getting my item back to me.I was so impressed with the service which I hadn't known about. I would highly recommend the service.

ive just been to collect a package from office and was welcomed by a very rude employee he knew i was there and didnt eknowledge me when i pressed button he snarled at me very rude not at all what i exspect from post office worker theres nothing wronge with been polite it wont hurt you after all we pay your wages smile wouldnt go a miss 😡

Just experienced an extreme unprofessional attitude to my international passport by one of post office workers at the Vale Post office in London who tried to tear a plastic ID part of it, when I’ve asked him not to do that as it is very difficult to get a new passport he refused to complete the service and sent me to the main office.

Tried to scan passport for personal tax allowance couldn't even get to last stage after completing all steps etc it just takes me back to step 1 . tried on site aswell nothing happen so i cant proove myself to goverment - avoid this stiupid company always problems with parcels asweell always delay and sitting on the phone is 45 minutes + and you will never get answer .

What’s wrong with the postmen these days , they can’t even be bothered to press the RING DOOR BELL, so we can tell them to leave the parcel in a certain place or with next door neighbour , the quicker it’s privatised the better.

Post office and Royal Mail (aside from one or two minor quibbles) are doing a bang up, brilliant job.Admittedly, it is difficult getting to either post offices near me during the crisis, but that's neither here or there.My post always arrives before 1pm latest, and everything I've sent out during the crisis, has arrived within a week, usually within 2 days.They are doing a fantastic job, during a frankly terrifying time.

Not very helpful, I tried to make a calm on a team that was lost in shipping, but when I used the tracking number it said it was invalid, I tried to call them, it goes to an automated message to use the website, I feel frustrated and asking someone in the post office and they are not willing to help
