.... Well the reason is simple. It is because roughly 75% of Post offices since privatisation in 2012 are now run by conceited, arrogant, rude immigrants who have absolutely no idea of customer service or satisfaction. The only thing they are interested in is fleecing the system. such a pity that a once well-respected British symbol has fallen into the hands of the P.C. Woke Brigade. R.I.P. Post Office.

Much the same as previous terrible reviews. Sold the wrong postage, the local branch kept telling me to come back when such-and-such is working, nobody seemed able to refund my postage so I complained online, and subsequently heard nothing back. Dreadful service.

Worst delivery provider say your parcel has been delivered when it has been and when they’ve delivered previously leave it in a bin with no card advising of this and if you complain you don’t even get a response. Would not use as a delivery provider.

Twice we have paid in cheques, and twice they have not reached the bank! Once, you can sort of understand, but twice! No! Something not right here. They take no responsibility for their poor service! Not impressed at all! Shoddy service, and extremely poor after service!

Such a shame to what was a company with pride and standards that made them special no longer is.Today I'm trying to track an important parcel and find when looking on line the service is unavailable.Why have an app that's pointless and a poor service that now is become expensive.And the profits for Royal Mail this year is.....between 395 million pounds and 558 million !!!

I was advised that my parcel would be delivered on the 11/12/21 between specific times. Did not arrive did not contact me to re-arrange. After waiting a hour on the phone I have been advised will not be delivered until the 21/12/21possibly. This incompetence has led to my son unlikely to get his present on Christmas. Day. Very poor service very disappointed and will me making a complaint.

MIDDLETON WOOD ST POST OFFICE.Absolutely disgusted with the lack of courtesy, manners and ignorance. These ‘so called’ counter staff need educating on Customer Service and put a Smile on the miserable faces. Avoid this place possible. Very unhelpful and very unprofessional in everyway.

Zero stars really.Avoid investing with Post Office Savings(Allied Irish Bank). The website is not the most user friendly.However they make it as difficult as possible to get your money back at maturity. Holding account, my Aunt Peg. Just a way of holding onto investors money for as long as possible. Plenty of far nicer and easier to deal with financial institutions to invest your money. Unfortunately only poor interest rates available.

I would actualy give a minus star if possible. 2 important letters sent by signed delivery never arrived. They were 1 to Glasgow 1 to London on the 8th April they are not officialy lost until 23rd April I could have delivered them on foot quicker. The on line claims form does not work so have now been advised to go to post office for a form. Couldent make it up.

What on earth has happened to the local service in Aberystwyth it seems to be a complete shambles our regular delivery service is completely unreliable.I was informed that a delivery was going be made at a time that was quite meaningless as it never happened. Christmas happens every year, what's happened to the good service that was always there?I trust the shareholders are happy with their dividends.

In general, the service is good, but PO has lost expensive packages more than once. In my experience. and one day I didn't cover the full cost...lost several hundred pounds. I recommend always doing full protection! Unfortunately, some people look you straight in the eye and steal your package!

Moved to the Post Office phone service several years ago for my 90 year old dad. Their costs have proven to be very expensive, at an average of £30/month. When I tried to arrange a cheaper package the costs went higher, £38 then £50 and then £42. Please look else where for phone only deals, one advisor thought we had broadband as well. I have no faith in this company.
