Tragic. Had several parcels stolen in the past due to post not being pushed through properly. Have informed the Royal Mail countless times who have said it’ll stop, and every few weeks it’s back to square one again. Lost count of the amount of complaints I’ve made where I’m constantly assured it won’t happen again.

A large expanding town (Royston, Herts), yet the Post Office Delivery depot is open for just two hours a day?The 'Something for you' card left through the letter box looks as if it was written by a 5 year old. Several scrawled corrections, which make reading the item reference near on impossible. It also makes the app for redelivery next to useless, as I cannot decipher the reference number. What a decline in service.....

I applied for a loan with the post office as they advertised a great rate. I was accepted for the loan (I had been offered a 95% chance of success in the application) but then noticed that the rate was much worse. I'm extremely unhappy and would never use this company again as I've now had a hard search on my credit score for a company that misadvertised their products

The last two times I have been to the Cornmill , Darlington PO branch I have been approached by a really helpful female member of staff who asked me how she could help and proceeded to help me use the self service machine , saving me time . On previous occasions I had complained about the lack of attention I received at the counter so I really do appreciate the change in the service offered.

I had an accident, I bruised all my arm trying to get in the door of our local postoffice. It is so very hard to open the door. I'm in my late 70s and I usually have to wait for someone to open the door. It is so dangerous.

Too expensive most places very unprofessional employees, often strikes but still charging you for the service 1st class when they don’t provide it! DPD is same price and much quicker and professional
Hi Martin. Royal Mail are responsible for setting the postage prices and are a separate company to us. Whilst Royal Mail services are affected by the strike action, our branches are still open for business and our staff remain there to help customers with the many services we are able to offer in branch. Post office money are a bunch of thieves.I applied for a load with 2.8 percent APR as they said I’m eligible and they send me home a contract for loan with 16.8percent APR.Get out of here.

The post office is a mess, Tracked parcels being lost, stating they’ve been delivered to my home when they’ve been delivered to the wrong address, envelopes opened and cheques missing and two weeks before Christmas and they’re telling us a parcel probably won’t arrive before Christmas unless you pay more for a guaranteed delivery, it’s laughable when Amazon can get stuff to you within 4 or 5 days Christmas or not
