Once they sort out proper compensation for all of the lives and reputations ruined by this disgusting organisation they need to go after those responsible for this scandal. There are no doubt many guilty people who are responsible and not just Vennells. They need to be prosecuted and jailed. Let them feel the Karma.

I can't understand why when I posted Easter Cards on the 26/03/24 they still hadn't arrived by the Monday 01/04/24. This included local addresses in Scotland. As for those going down to England and Wales may never turn up as it stands. What is the point of the Post office?

I am utterly disappointed with the postal service in Blackheath,they are sloppy lazy and cannot be botherd,to get back,I have been waiting to receive a package,and have rescheduled delivery,three times,with no responses,at all,also wrong letters deliverd,,,the customer services bounced back my emails,,throw you into page after page,,,don't care,take you're money,and make out they are doing you a favour,,,in Lewisham! They should be sacked!!!!!!! Or or replaced,not happy,I'm just going around in circles since january!!!!!

Post office and the uk government are all to blame for the miscarriage of justice to all those innocent sub Post masters. Someone needs to feel the pain that these people have gone through, over 10 years of their lives ruined. Pay the right compensation and jail sentences need to be given.

After what this company has done to the postmasters, anybody who chooses to use their services needs to change. Some people may have to use them as they have no other way, but the only way the government really takes notice is when changes in taxes they get from a company occur.

Delays in sending and receiving letters and parcels seems to be the norm. Currently 5 days tracking an eBay return, that was supposed to be 1 to 3 days. The item was sent to me with a 48 hour tracked delivery. It took 7 days to arrive ! Shambolic service is an understatement.

I usually pay by card at my local post office. I noticed that on the credit card receipt they print the whole credit card number and expiry date. This is a big security problem, as it is easy to throw them away without destroying them. They should just print the last few digits, with stars for the other digits. I don't know whether all post offices do this or it's just my local one.

Shame on those at the top in the PO who knew what was happening and lied about what they knew. and shame on all those involved including those judges who sentenced innocent people to prison clearly without any evidence which made that lawful. you will never recover from all your evil wrong doings.

Ordinarily I am happy to go to post office in Aylesbury town center.Even during these god awful times.However, one particular staff member scared me.Whilst I was in the queue, I overheard her talking to a colleague.She stated quite clearly throughout the conversation, that although she had been told by the NHS track and trace app to self isolate, she came back to work after a mere week.Now, as I say to whoever will listen, I support the post office, but frankly, that scares me.Luckily, I don't need to go to the one in town often.Because of her, I WON'T be going back for some time.
