Don't use the Post Office for passport renewals I did and the Passport Office are still waiting for my old passport after over a week. I believe the Post Office may have lost the passport. I was given a tracking number for my passport but I don't have one to track the Royal Mails delivery of the said item. I will never use this service again and don't recommend anyone to use it.

the post office what a shami posted somthing for signed for delivery.this means signed , the person at the other ends SHOULD sign for this item. i paid the extra for this..the post office tell me , they lost this item.no refund ,just 6x 1st class stamps..i lost over £50 you cannot make a claim against stamps or coins..sure enough when sign for an item it means sombody has to sign.lost all confidence in the post office since they were sold off.this has happened to me a few times, signed for delivery. means nothing.the postman just hands these items over. no wonder the post office is in troublealso they have closed all the post offices around my area..i have to go into town to post a letter what a sham..how will the pensioners get their pension. now i just been there again to collect a parcel..and they are closed, only open between 8-10am how on earth do we get parcels..ill use hermes next time.. what a sham

Locally, the post offices we use around the S80 area are excellent, but one takes the absolute biscuit.KIVETON PARK. Atrocious service. One particular member of staff is the rudest most obstructive person ever. If you are in the area, avoid the post office side, its absolutely terrible. Hang your head in shame KV-PO

The price of mailing letters, packages and parcels is now far too expensive for the average person.95p for a First Class stamp and 68p for a Second Class stamp is shocking.The post office increases the price of postage because fewer and fewer people are using the Royal Mail.Every time they increase their prices, more people are forced to give up on them.It doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out why !Crazy.

Incapable of sending letters to the EU. with a printed and paid for (£1.70) Royal Mail postage form, my sim card, which Virgin refused to send to France, arrived 4 weeks later with a stamp on saying " missend to Thailand". The second one took 3 weeks and had no excuse. Needless to say the sim upgrade had expired and I will not use the post office nor Virgin media ever again

Just received my van insurance renewal notice, dated 24/12/21 with a post mark to be received by the29/12 /21 , today is the 09/02/22, this couldn’t even be classed as 10th class post . A snail could have delivered it quicker. This is only one of a long ,long line of very poor service we have had over the past 2 years and the reason is that very convenient one of “COVID “

The Lewisham branch of the post office,has a group of staff,that come across as aloof,unhelpfull,and shunt people around with no conversation guidance or respect,especially the elderly,whom are not teq savvy,it is awfull,I was summoned over the top of the counter screen,to take my post over to the scanner,I won't go back to that branch again,after my neighbour was spoken to like dirt,she's over 77,perfect candidate,to be ignored,shunted,and left by Lewisham post office,staff.,

Another non delivery card through my door. On there is the opening hours to collect...7 till 12. So I get up early and get there for 7, to find a notice on the door. Temporary hours, Open at 8. Either reprint your bloody leaflets, or at least have the intelligence to score out the hours on the card so it would prompt customers to ask the question. Disgusting company whodeserve to go out of business and let the other professionals do the job.

Sent a parcel recorded delivery. It didn't arrive which cost me lots - after an extended period of investigation they have offered me my money back! I don't trust them an inch, won't ever use them again for parcels.

Just been to the Morecambe branch my transaction code is DRTRFKDH I was renewing my passport,I was dealt with in a very kind polite and professional young lady she helped me totally and made me feel at ease . She was also very informative on other subjects such as travel cards and currency. Exceptional service .
