Used cheque deposit service at Mullion post office. Cheque has got ‘lost’ somewhere since being handed over the counter. Post Office blame Royal Mail, Royal Mail blame Post Office. Either way no one taking responsibility and I have lost a few hundred pounds .

What a terrible company. I posted my Ebay sales after the Xmas break on the 4/1/22 from Baildon post office station Road , all of the dispatched items failed to reach the customers and subsequently i replaced all items FOC at a big cost to me. This is not the first time that this has happened and i am wondering if people are helping them selfs. Yours very disappointed Neil.

My ISA has matured ,instead of just arranging it to go into my linked bank account ,it gets moved into a holding account ,then I have to request a transfer,then I have to wait for a transfer request confirmation, then I have to wait a few days till a bloke on a horse gallops to my bank with it in a bag ,after a few days it arrives

Just a quick review to say thank you to the friendly staff and to mention what a good service that I received at the Tennyson Road, Cheltenham post office. It’s a busy time of year and they are certainly offering a friendly service. I know my parcels are handled by lots of post office employees. Paid extra on a policy for delayed travel.They do tPay out for delayed travel if they can get away with it ! Use someone else and check any small print . Ring me about my claim and didn’t have the decency to ring back with their decision, just a sneaky email !

First class post no longer means next day - sent Mothers Day card Thursday evening and did not get delivered until the following Monday, after Mothers Day. Same issue with Fathers Day card last year. Prices keep going up and service getting worse. Useless
